It is in sidco industrial estate guindy very decent and neat locality. This building houses various establishment, sufficient lifts and fire extinguishers at vantage points with security guards. Very nice place. Nearby small restaurants are there
Building was good but having some disadvantages. Like small lift, no differently abled parking, bike and car parking not enough for all companies etc.
Within the city linit, great place to have work place. Several mode of communication to reach
Decent Working place. But one thing I feel to have is food court there.

A common canteen is necessary for such a business park. Parking place is insufficient but could be utilized well on a first come first serve basis for covered two wheeler slots. No visitor's parking is a bummer.
The facility has a basement parking that is not sufficient to house bikes of all the occupants. The facility also has a multi level car park in addition to open air parking slots available around the building premise but again the parking slots are few compares to in house strength of the building
