I was all set to accept a loan from them, then I said to myself "self, why dont you check the reviews first" whooooo, 1.6 stars? Now I know people complain but really? The thing that threw me off was the fact that it was extremely vague about prepayment penalty. It states as follows, no prepayment penalty but you may be entitled to a partial refund of the finance charge. What the heck does that mean? If the 3 year finance charge is approx 2000 and I pay it off In 3 months i have to pay 2000 finance charges? Cant get a straight answer so due to reviews coupled with the vagueness of prepayment, I'm out. Thank you all for the exceptional reviews. They wont get a hold of me now. I needed the money but not that bad.

This bank is who represents PayPal in their lending for the SBA S Paycheck Protection Program. I am a self employed Barber who was closed down by the federal government I filled out the application and uploaded all the documents they asked for. This included among other things my schedule C from 2019 tax return and my March 2020 bank statement. They turned me down in their words (Did not supply sufficient payroll information). I am self employed. My payroll information is the Schedule C. THIS BANK IS TERRIBLE! Don t even bother with PayPal s lending programs. Complete waste of time!

I paid for disability/unemployment insurance for credit card payment through Safeline. I have been harassed by Safeline. While recovering from a serious accident, Safeline failed to pay my credit card. I m still trying to resolve the issue while disabled. I would rate this company a zero!!

Four years after opening a account and holding a zero balance I am still at a 29.99 interests rate. I think I will use credit from a real bank if I ever need it. They make money off of people who make poor or desperate financial decisions. Use a real credit card to finance your Dell products.

I applied for credit through Dell Financial Services and was denied. They said they made their decision through Experian reporting. However, Experian told me they never received a request for a report and told me, the reason Webank told me I was denied, "insufficient information," must have been an error message on their part. Perhaps I received a form letter and perhaps my application was incomplete. Still, this shouldn't have happened. Funny thing, my husband then applied and was approved.

The "bank" closed my revolving credit account through Dell because they thought I used their services too much. My balance was paid every month so maybe they weren't making any money from me. I haven't seen a "bank" not wanting their customers to use their services. I would not recommend using this company for ANY financial services.

I just received a letter stating that they could not open a prequalification credit account because I had a security freeze. THANK the stars for that.
Did they call me? NO. Did the letter even ask if I did apply. NO. Because
I had not applied for credit. I did buy a Dell computer but I paid for it in full, so this letter, out of the blue, sends warning bells.

So far the company was good getting the approval quick. Even called me to check on some info. Went to bank quick.
(Loss 1 star) Intrest rate is kinda higher than expected but good approval when in a hurry. (Advice) Just plan to (1) not get behind at all and (2) try to pay off asap.

This company seems to change its name regularly in order to shed its horrible reputation regularly. When I was forced to deal with them in order to have replacement windows installed in 2018, they were EnerBank. They were four months late paying the contractor, and I paid my loan off during its first month because the bank s employees were so unpleasant and unprofessional. Nevertheless, they made inaccurate reports to credit bureaus and claimed that I had behaved illegally due to paying the loan off immediately. Now they have contacted me to inform me that a fictitious credit application ascribed by WebBank to me has been denied for reasons they were unable to enumerate fully, but included lack of recent installment loan information, too few accounts currently paid as agreed, and credit balance proportion compared to credit limits too high. I didn t apply for a loan or any other credit, and my current credit score is 738. Everything in WebBank s notice was a lie; nor did I or would I ever again apply for any service with this bank. If you are considering signing legal papers with WebBank, run away quickly. There is no more dishonest and disreputable financial organization that I am aware of.
