I left my Jeep with them on Friday, and they called right before they closed to tell me it would cost $2,900 to replace my transmission and my heart was crushed! I had been laid off a month ago and there was no way I could afford that! I told them I would pick it up Monday. Ron called me first thing on Monday and told me that his guy test drove it, dropped the pan and changed the filter and it is no longer slipping, and would only charge me $200!!! These guys went out of their way to find a better solution for me! Thank you Ron and the guys for everything! I am crying happy tears!

This review is overdue. I normally work on my own car, but if I don't have the time or the tools I bring it to Webb's Transmission. I have never had a problem with any work Webb's Transmission has performed. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have taken my car to them on 3 different occasions and each time it was fixed fast and the price was reasonable. I will definitely be using Webb's Transmission for any of my future automotive needs.

My car was having some issues cranking up, so I took it in and filled them in about what was going on. They were very attentive! They found the issue, looked it up, and discovered that it was under an extended warranty. They printed out the warranty ticket and said they would have it ready when I come pick up my car. Super nice people!! Very impressed with their honesty and willingness to go the extra mile!! (: 10/10 would recommend!

Hands down the best transmission shop around. I went in because my transmission was not shifting and I couldn't get it to work, they took the truck right in and did the best job I have ever seen. They were very kind and very respectful when I told them it was how I made my living. They were helpful each step of the way and explained everything. Very affordable and very fair. I will continue to use them for any and all my needs. We need more shops like them. They don't try to rip you off, they try to take care of you.

Went in for a free inspection and found exactly what the problem was. They fixed my transmission and also my power steering for $2000 less than I thought. Great service and was done in 2 days. Also gave a military discount. Awesome place, would highly highly recommend!

So I brought my 1994 Dodge Ram B350 in to have the transmission rebuilt. My van is running better than new, like it never skipped a shift and I feel confident driving it anywhere! This place is family owned and that's the way they treat their customers. Never have I called when Nikki didn't call me by name when she answered the phone. If you are having any problems - no matter the make or model I think they can help you! oh and PS I called my friend who is a diesel mechanic by trade and gave him the price and time frame for my van-fix, he told me to kiss them because it was a gift and I probably could not get the repair done for any better price. Go see them, you will be happy you did!

Honest, don't try to sell you atuff you don't need.

I had a valve cover gasket replaced on my BMW a little over a month ago. The gasket continued to leak, however, I thought it may have been residue oil from the work. It is very clear now that the gasket is still leaking and upon further examination it appears that some of the bolts weren't even tightened down correctly. This was an almost $700 job and I had hoped more care would have been taken. I have contacted the shop. Their response will determine if this changes to a one star or five star review.
Update: the issue was addressed promptly, efficiently, and in a very friendly manner.

Been having problems with my Mazda truck for a while, thanks to the guys at Webb's it runs great and it was done at a price better than anyone can beat. Great service with pride.

Ok so im a Technician at a dealership. I will for sure say that the customer service and tech i dealt with were completely on point.

We were having issues with our van and we thought it's our transmission. Good thing they have fixed the problem from $3,000 to $100. These guys are professionals, they know what they're doing. They charge very fairly, gave us some tips on how to maintain our van for our business. And we are coming back after memorial day weekend to bring our BMW for them to check. We trust them and they are very reliable. God bless you guys! There are only few businesses around that really takes care of the customers. We are from 30a and even if it is an hour drive... we will definitely come back!

They gave me an honest assessment, fixed my car, and gave me a discount for being military.

Also; they fixed an issue where a tapping noise was coming from my dash, and didn't charge me for the fix. A different repair garage quoted me at around $600 for something that Webb's fixed for free.

My only regret is that I can't give Webb's six stars.

The 68rfe transmission on my Ram 2500 failed and I again trusted Webbs Transmission in Fort Walton Beach, FL to fix it since I have past experiences with them including fixing my Hummer H2 and many friends and family members vehicles. Ron and his staff are professionals at every aspect of transmissions and anything under the hood of any vehicle domestic or foreign and I will continue my loyalty to them and continue to trust them for anything that I cannot fix myself. They will not sell you anything you don't need and they fix it right the first time and include nationwide warranty for transmission rebuilds in most instances. I highly recommend them.

Great friendly staff who are honest with their work.

I'm new in town and needed transmission work, I asked around to several of my military co workers as to where to take my vehicle. All of them told me Webb's Transmission! They weren't wrong. Ron and Nikki were both very nice and honest. I also found out they do general automotive work. I now have a shop to take all my vehicles' needs to. The customer service has been fine but I've had to replace a starter I got from Webb's twice now, within a year of each replacement. Car is an Oldsmobile intrigue 2000.

Took my truck in dreading the worst. After they looked at it I was told it would be 1/3 the cost of what I thought. Absolutely the ONLY place Im taking my vehicles to from now on PERIOD

Took longer then quoted, and the price almost doubled by the time they were done. Not impressed, suspect the new dent and red paint on fender came from there as well, I have no proof though.

Amazing experience today with this company. Nikki was beyond helpful when my van broke down and needed it fixed. I had it towed there expecting to replace my alternator....they checked it out and it was just the battery! They went out of there way to find the battery was under warranty made the change and I am driving home in my van tonight! Best car maintenance experience ever, I could not be more pleased!

Had a transmission issue that they discovered was under an extended warranty from the manufacturer which meant I had to end up taking it to an authorized dealer for the work. Webb's saved me $1500. Any issues of the future or general maintenance will be taken there. Hands down honest professionals.
