I had a valve cover gasket replaced on my BMW a little over a month ago. The gasket continued to leak, however, I thought it may have been residue oil from the work. It is very clear now that the gasket is still leaking and upon further examination it appears that some of the bolts weren't even tightened down correctly. This was an almost $700 job and I had hoped more care would have been taken. I have contacted the shop. Their response will determine if this changes to a one star or five star review.
Update: the issue was addressed promptly, efficiently, and in a very friendly manner.
