Really great company to work with. The work is really flexible and you really choose the shifts you want to work. As previous reviews state there are many emails and phone calls but that's to make sure you don't miss any opportunities to work, and you can always tell them when you're away and they won't call you!! I've made so many great friends through this company and also have had the opportunity to see loads of events I'd never have the chance to go to otherwise! Would recommend. If you work well, you'll be appreciated and you will enjoy!

A great company to work for. I have been to events that I would never have been able to otherwise and sometimes got to watch some concerts.The staff are fun to work with and make sometimes the worst shifts bearable.

They harass you to work. Constant emails and text messages, very annoying. And when u decline they feel some type of way.

I found this such a great place to work when I was studying because of how flexible it is but it has also been such a good platform for the transition into graduate life because there is so much work available!

If you fancy working hard whilst getting underpaid with rude agency, This would be your perfect company. I worked for these guys a couple years back, never experienced such rudeness and unprofessionalism, especially from the likes of chairman Ryan. You d be waiting weeks for payment also. Don t waste your time with this agency.

I would definitely recommend working with We Are Talent. Such a welcoming and fun workplace. I have had the privilege of working with an amazing bunch of people. Management are also so friendly and always make you feel valued for your hard work. The flexibility is also a huge plus, and always having the opportunity to pick up last minute shifts is great.
One of my favourite places to have worked, all management are lovely and well organised, shifts are flexible and Everyone I have worked with is friendly. I have never had a problem with time sheets or payment. Very trust worthy
