One of the things that sets Wcai apart from other media outlets is our commitment to local news coverage. We have reporters stationed throughout the region who cover everything from town meetings to breaking news events. Wcai has been serving its audience since 2007 when it was launched by WGBH Educational Foundation in Boston Massachusetts with WNAN 91.1 FM (Nantucket) being added later in 2012 followed by WZAI 94.3 FM (Brewster) which was acquired in 2016 making it possible for us now reach more than half million people across Cape Cod & Islands area.
