As a customer, I recently had an average experience with a real estate group based in my area. Their website was fairly informative, providing basic information about the company, their services, and some listings. However, I found it lacking in terms of user-friendliness and ease of navigation. It took me a while to find the specific information I was looking for, and the layout could have been more visually appealing. Additionally, the response time from the team was decent, but not exceptional. While they answered my questions adequately, it sometimes took longer than expected to receive a response.
