So, was once a great company, 30 years ago. Seems like I'm always calling and begging for my pills .. which I need to live. Often greeted with attitude, or put aside, with promise of delivery... there are some good people that work there. One could say it's because of covid but the pattern stretches longer then the out break.... it has definitely gotten worse 8 days with out my diabetes med. I can't even get them on phone to transfer the scripts... next communication is with my lawyer. There gonna kill me with there ineptitude.

My husband had some pretty severe burns on his hands and head when we recently lost our home to a fire. Jamie, the pharmacist was so helpful and patient while showing me exactly which dressings I needed, why it was important, and how to use them. This is the reason I choose to patronize small businesses when possible. Thank you!

They are wonderful and one of the only pharmacies in the syracuse/oswego are that would accept private insurance and medicaid to cover for ostomy supplies. They always did a great job and we have been with than for around 20 years! Great job Joe and everybody else!

Not happy with them. They over charged my co-payment.now I have to pay an overdraft. I'm so not happy with them. No the $$ was not returned to my acct.

I give Wayne s 5 stars, for exactly what they are... a wonderfully reminiscent local pharmacy. They do a great job handling a ton of business at their pharmacy counter. I don t do a lot of shopping there, but they do have a good selection of what you would want from a pharmacy. I find the prices to be a bit high for my bargain seeking mentality.
But, I do use their pharmacy often. I love the neighborhood feel of it. I love that the employees recognize so many of their customers. I love that they employ younger people. I love how quick they are to greet you when you come in. I really love the old building & design touches. The incredible old ceiling is amazing. If I were ever stuck waiting, I could check out the ceiling for a half hour easy... lol
But, I rarely have to wait. Wayne s has fantastic customer service. They even offer delivery of prescriptions! I think I would keep them as a pharmacy for the delivery option alone. There will always be days when my car is in the shop or I just don t want to venture out on the frozen, snow blasted streets to get my medicines. With Wayne s, I always know I can have them delivered.

I forgot some parts to my machine at home and needed them so that I could breathe these people have them in stock and at a very reasonable price thank you

Went in to Wayne's today and had an awesome experience with the cashier Terry, so nice to see people smiling again and quick to help out. Thanks Terry!

I try my best to support local business. But the otter day I went in to pick up a prescription and there was a dude standing at the check out counter. After about 10 minutes I got my prescription and headed out the door. He was still there waiting for a cashier to check him out. I'll adjust my review in the future based on how often I see this kind of thing.
