This was our go to frozen pasta for many years. I made Beef Ravioli and Classic Cheese Tortellacci for my husband and I once a month. I cook the Tortellacci first, and using the same water in the pot, I cook the Ravioli. That all changed when we both became ill shortly after eating their pasta. I believe it was the Tortellacci that was "bad" as it had an odd taste and using the same water infused the Ravioli. As a loyal customer, I reached out to them via their "Contact Us" link on their website. That was months ago. I haven't heard a peep from them. Apparently, being a regular, loyal customer of their product is not a value to this company. Very disappointed in their lack of response and will not purchase their products in the future.
