Me and my family have been struggling in one of ther scattered sites, and now they are trying to separate us by removing me and my son from the program. This has been a very difficult time for my family, and we have received little to no support. If their answer is to separate my family, we will make sure everyone knows what kind of program this really is. America's answer has always been to remove the strong black father from the family, and the rest will fall apart....problem is I am only down but never broken. You can't destroy my family though, we will get through this cause God is good.

Amazing staff make for an amazing agency! This agency and staff treat everyone like a respectable human being & with compassion, they have worked with me several times to accommodate my family & i. Most agencies do not care about everyday situations that arise in life for families or understand how fast things can change! The staff here help you figure it out and come up with a solution to help you and your family maintain stability! Thank you Way Finders, And staff!

They lied to my girlfriend twice, makes me wonder who else they're lying too. I think this program is squandering funds. They told my girlfriend they were paying all the back rent +3 months and electricity. They only paid the back rent even though on paper they paid all this money. Then last year she received assistance from them and again said they paid something they did in fact not pay. I'm going to write Congressman Richard Neal or whoever I need to call to get to the bottom of this.

I recently found myself displaced from my apartment in a housing market that is overinflated due to Covid related expenses. I was given a month to provide myself a home, with no savings(used for a recent injury- also covid related). Way Finders was able to process my application to the RAFT program, and they did so within the month. This kind of turnover is unheard of and I appreciate their (Ruben Arroyo's) efforts more than I can express. Imagine how many cases they have and then imagine one scared individual who was taken under wing and provided for. That was me with Way Finder. Not only did they help with move in money but they also helped with a stipend to allow me to pay some medical bills. Life savers!! Thank you!!!

These people are receiving all these funds to help...

These people are receiving all these funds to help struggling parents and people with low funds at this moment in time. Yet they help those they know closely and favor. They take applications and respond fast but to actually assign and help they have taken over a year in some cases and some have still to hear back. People that actually qualify. So if you ask me this is abuse of power and their's should be revoked. Horrible company business whatever

Liars, had a stipend from March 2021 until December 2021 and they cut me off short just because my old property management sold the property and my caseworker no longer wants to respond to any of my emails for the last 2 months. Now I m backed up in rent once again because of their portion not being paid and she s pretending she doesn t even know me through email to my new property management. With wayfinders being a federal program high in my entire life all the programs that I've dealt with at this level or higher I have never come across an agency that has responded as effectively and as quickly as they have. The woman that has helped me Jennifer Trask has gone what I consider way overboard in reaching out to me and making me feel that I'm the most important person to her. I wish to extend my thanks an gratitude to the entire staff there and I hope someday I have the privilege of meeting you appreciation

Being an individual who has to provide customer service everyday, I do understand what its like to have high demand/volume of applicants however I believe that there should a more efficient way to help people in need. Emails are never responded to, I wait on the phone for an hour and half EACH time I call, just to not receive any updates on my case. Not to mention the individuals answering the phones do not know whats going on with the case or how to read notes. All they do is place you on hold and transfer you to a Voicemail. The representative whom I spoke with said "Try to give the case worker time and don't harass her so that she doesn't feel pressured" . Its unfortunate that a company who's goal is to "Light pathways and open door to homes and communities where people thrive" lack communication skills, customer service and productivity.
