Very unhelpful , unfriendly and completely unmotivated staff.

My experience with Day and Nite was amazing. They were so professional and fixed my air conditioning system. They responded promptly. Prices were quoted fairly and I highly recommend them.

Our brand new commercial ice machine was giving an error and would stop making ice. It was under warranty and Manitowic sent us to this company. They require you provide a credit card before they send a tech,. They sent a tech who restarted some things, suggested we change our filter but didn't actually fix anything. Charged us $461. The issue happened again a few days later. Sent a tech who "cleaned a filter and changed the ice thickness" waited for it to make ice and then left. Now it's making ice but not draining. Charged us over $500. Get the red service wrench error again, call them to say they've charged us over $900 and haven't fixed the issue and they send repair guy who said can't do anything but clear the drain as it's making ice with the service error still displayed. Charge us over $300. All this with a brand new ice machine that under warranty. Do not use this dishonest and greedy company. We're now using a different company and having our bank fight to get our money back: total scam going on here

This is one of the worst company when it comes to customer service. Had to call numerous times for service and no one ever responded i finally decided to go to their office and left my number for a call back and they finally said that they usually only do commercial properties but will send a tech for checking in what the issue is but unfortunately no one ever showed up

Do not use this company! They're still trying to bill us for services they never performed, and the 'family company' spiel was a front. That family member was no longer a part of the company a couple of months later, once we started having issues with their installation. Lots of excuses and poor service by sloppy looking techs doing sloppy work, *if* you can get them to send one out. Unless you have cash and time to waste, I'd highly recommend against them. We've been much happier since we went with a different service company.

Amazing company. Would recommend to any one looking for commercial kitchen equipment repair, refrigeration or HVAC repairs!
