My experience was nothing less than superb service and quality work! The entire team delivered excellent customer service, ongoing communication from the start of the project throughout the completion of it. The owner and project manager stayed in contact with us always making sure we were satisfied with the day to day progress. Anytime I called either of them or had questions, they always responded and timely. They did an awesome job and I most definitely recommend them.

This company has been the absolute biggest headache. Numerous appointment no shows and very late arrivals are just the beginning of the unprofessional service they ve provided. The cabinet completion is WAY behind schedule and once they were done the first time, we discovered they were made with the wrong dimensions. Once they were remade and reinstalled, we discovered they were reinstalled with no cabinet backs whatsoever. Now we have to have the cabinets uninstalled and reinstalled AGAIN with backs. The company cracked the countertop when removing it and matching it for replacement has been the biggest joke. We are now waiting on trip number 3 for samples to hopefully get a match. What was supposed to take a week and a half is now running over a month and we are nowhere near finished. My parents are unable to stay in their home without a functional kitchen and this is being drawn out with no reasonable explanation for all of the delays. The superintendent has not shown his face to actually direct the work on the cabinets whatsoever and has come around at a bare minimum. My parents kindness is being taken advantage of and their time is not being respected. This company makes promise after promise and then without fail- it falls through. We hear sorry after sorry but there s no change in behavior. I highly advise you steer clear of this company and find someone who values their client s business.

Saw the news tonight on CBS 11 about the poor tornado victim you are ripping off, I'm not sure how you are still in business but I hope others see the report and don't use you, I certainly won't!

On April 4 2016 a fire unfortunately happened at my home in Plano, Texas. I was very upset
and did not know what to expect in the months to come. I had several people tell me that it would be the worse experience of my life. I felt so hopeless and in the dark. During the next 3 months I learned what it meant to have a team working on my behalf from all sides and I felt a sense of the light at the end of the tunnel. I met Wanda, Tim, and Kyle from Way Construction who stepped in and did a phenomenal job on restoring my home. Tim was my go to person and I at first thought he was a little sharp and short on words but he grew to be my greatest ally. Thanks to Tim who stayed on top of every situation and request that I made regarding choices and time frame I am now back in my beautiful home that they put back together for me.He paid attention to details that I never saw and picked out things that needed to be done. If a situation ever arose again and it was something like this that was out of my control I would use this company and request this same crew again!
Thank you all for a job well done! I wake up each morning and feel like I am in someone else's residence and it is absolutely beyond any of my expectations to see my home restored a better place than it originally was.
