This company has been the absolute biggest headach...

This company has been the absolute biggest headache. Numerous appointment no shows and very late arrivals are just the beginning of the unprofessional service they ve provided. The cabinet completion is WAY behind schedule and once they were done the first time, we discovered they were made with the wrong dimensions. Once they were remade and reinstalled, we discovered they were reinstalled with no cabinet backs whatsoever. Now we have to have the cabinets uninstalled and reinstalled AGAIN with backs. The company cracked the countertop when removing it and matching it for replacement has been the biggest joke. We are now waiting on trip number 3 for samples to hopefully get a match. What was supposed to take a week and a half is now running over a month and we are nowhere near finished. My parents are unable to stay in their home without a functional kitchen and this is being drawn out with no reasonable explanation for all of the delays. The superintendent has not shown his face to actually direct the work on the cabinets whatsoever and has come around at a bare minimum. My parents kindness is being taken advantage of and their time is not being respected. This company makes promise after promise and then without fail- it falls through. We hear sorry after sorry but there s no change in behavior. I highly advise you steer clear of this company and find someone who values their client s business.
