I took two machines there almost 2 months ago and left them with Sandy. One machine I got back in a month and nothing was done to it at all. After a month-and-a-half I called about my other machine. Sandy said she had lost my contact info. How is that even possible???!! Did you care that less about me and my business? 15 days after that I go to waxie to pick up my machine and nothing at all has been done to it so my second machine was setting there 2 months actually had parts missing. I told them what I needed they offer me a bunch of other stuff and didn't fix what I need it fixed . What??? Really??? I may have missed a big opportunity because of this I would never go there again for anything at all.

They don't care about the little guys.

Well, if that is my place of work, what can I say about this place, I only know that it is an excellent company and provides very good customer service.

Very happy with the customer service and support from the service department George is great! Got my carpet cleaner back works great.
