They say 5mbps max but I just barely see over 1 mb...

They say 5mbps max but I just barely see over 1 mbps. Everything always skips, kids can't play their games, can't be on the internet the same time as anyone else or it's a nightmare. Charges $59.99 a month for a headache. Anywhere else 59.99 gets you well over 100 mbps. They are price gouging rural areas because they know they don't have very many options. Looking for better internet, I suggest you do the same.

Wasn t the best experience I have had. Just got service with them, they wanted to charge me the first months fee along with my installation fee, before the bill was even due. Connected to internet and the speed was so slow, couldn t do anything with it. Turned on my Xbox and tried to download Netflix . It told me it would take 10 hours 38 mins . Horrible internet provider.... Do not recommend ....

I have never had more trouble with an internet provider than I did with this company I pay 70$ a month for unlimited 10 mbps and the entire time for more than a year I ve only received speeds of 3.1 to 3.6 mbps I ve had to call multiple times to troubleshoot their devices and even with all my devices turned off just trying to let my daughter watch her Netflix it still wouldn t load and they refuse to come try and adjust their dish or anything I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM UNLESS YOU OF COURSE WANT A HEADACHE AND YOUR EXISTENTIAL DREAD FURTHERED

Their internet service is a joke and the customer service is terrible. We were told for months that they would be fixing issues on their end and nothing ever changed. The last straw for us was when we called and we re told that they could come get the equipment if we were unhappy and that there are other service providers out there.

After not having service all weekend....I contacted the local office first thing Monday morning and spoke with a gentlemen that was polite, professional and handled the business of getting a new modem to my house expeditiously... thank you wave wireless for your excellent local customer service.
