Customer service and technical support are very poor. I am having various problems with the system and trying to get a technician out is very, very difficult.

I sent a quote request leaving all my contact info and received an automated response that someone would contact me within 48 hours. 3 days later I hadn't heard back so I called and asked to speak to someone in sales. I was transferred to someone's voicemail, left a message indicating I had been trying to talk to someone and to please call me back regarding both home monitoring and surveillance. It has been over a week now and no response. I expected better customer service, but find myself deeply disappointed.. this is all coming during a time when there have been a spike of break-ins in my area.
