This review is for Watters International Realty but more specifically, Christian who was our realtor. My wife and I bought our first house and the whole experience can be daunting and stressful to say the least. Most people suggested we don't need a realtor since it is a new house we were buying. I'm so glad I didn't listen to those people because without Christian, we would feel lost. He was our champion throughout the process. He kept up with EVERYTHING that was going on. From picking a house to closing, it took 14 months and Christian helped us stay on track the entire time. Anytime we had a meeting with the builder, Christian, would compile notes and then take the responsibility of following up with the builder to address things that came up during the meeting. He would also point out things that we had to take into consideration like warranty, loan, inspections etc. His input was extremely valuable and it helped us make decisions for our home. The thing I value the most about Christian besides his professional expertise and vast knowledge of the market, is how genuine his intention was to help us. We immediately felt comfortable with Christian and trusted him to guide us every step of the way. He was always available, even after working hours. Both my wife and I have 9-5 work schedule and it was difficult for us to attend calls or meetings between those hours and I greatly appreciate the fact that we could talk to him after we got off work and that he was always available. He also got us a bunch of gifts on our closing day. It was such an unexpected but pleasant surprise. Thank you to Watters and Christian for their guidance, professionalism and more importantly the values they hold.
Lucy Campbell was incredibly accommodating while we were trying to find a home in a very short amount of time in an extremely competitive market. We were moving our family from Phoenix to Austin and flew in for a weekend to find and secure a home. Lucy prepared with us all week so that we would have plenty of homes for sale and for rent to view during the two days we were in Austin. Lucy spent the entire weekend with us tirelessly searching for a home, many of which were selling as we were looking at them. Shelly was top notch throughout the entire process. This was my first home purchase and the process was clear, thoroughly explained, and very timely.
