Absolutely loved working with Joe! Very supportive and fought for what I wanted. Joe gave me great quick feedback after each interview I had with the company. Helped calm my nerves, and is all around pleasant to speak with. Would definitely recommend working with them.
I know this may vary with the person you are assigned, but my experience has been excellent. Joann has followed up with my interviews with a phone call to see how it went. She is also very transparent. Really could not ask for more from a staffing agency.
I received an email from someone stating how my credibility looked great and that they wanted to schedule a preliminary interview with me for the Legal Admin. Asst. position. I replied, stating the time I would be available. However, I was never contacted again with any information, nor was I able to attend the interview. In addition to that, I left multiple emails and even called the company myself and left the lady a voicemail...still nothing. I am highly disappointed at the false hope given and I would never apply for any positions at this company again.
Joe Rubino at Watson & Dwyer is hands down the best job "recruiter" I have ever worked with. He truly wants to get to know you and match your interests with companies that would be a good fit for you; he doesn't just blanket offer anything that comes across his desk. The job he placed me on was perfect for me, and could not have been happier with it. Joe is an excellent guy to interact with, and I'm really glad I got to work with him. Would recommend to anyone.
I came in for an interview and within a few days I was placed at a company I absolutely love. Cara Sawyer was so helpful!
Chris Clements once told me I would be hireable because "there are not a lot of people with a 3.8 GPA who speak Spanish". Take that as you will.
Excellent excellent EXCELLENT agency. Julie Orlandini has placed me into great jobs twice now. She takes the time to go over the prospective interview and role in detail, preps you for success and listens to your thoughts on what you're looking for in your career or next role. Other agencies seemed to just not care about you after a few weeks, Watson Dwyer keeps you constantly on their radar and follows up consistently.
Julie Orlandini is highly recommended. She helps you workout the different options given to you and is professional with minor needed personalization added.
I loved working with Jim Huss! I definitely recommend him! He is super nice, responsive, and super knowledgeable. Nothing but good things to say!
Got connected with Mr. Michael Skadeland of Watson Dwyer last year, a more than helpful and professional recruiter who placed me for 2 long term contract positions in Chicago. He went through my resume and told me me where to correct/improve line-by-line and the rationale behind it. His articulation and patience definitely gave me a lot more confidence before interviews. If you are a (future) law school student or pre-law/paralegal and would like to gain some experience, go talk to him!
