All time family favorite for years! We ve moved and still can t find a pizza as good as Waterloo s. They also have the best cheesesteak, cold cut, chef salad and fries with gravy!

HORRIBLE FOOD....I asked for a shrimp steak sub with no cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and extra mayonnaise.

Seriously some of the best pizza I've had. The stuffed crust veggie pizza is amazing. The pizza is reasonably priced and the quality is perfect. Not sure how much weight I gained by eating here frequently. LOL.

LOVE this pizza!! I order from Waterloo all the time they have quick delivery and the food is always very good. Whenever my family comes over, they ask if we can order pizza and subs. Staff is friendly which is always appreciated :)

Hate to have to write a negative review but since I am a consumer who relies on reviews, it is needed. I usually try to stick with my usual (Gateway Pizza/Subs, Phillys Best, or Jerrys) but decided to go with Waterloo this time to give someone else a try. First of all, the cheesesteak sub I ordered for my son was awful and barely had any meat in it. It s almost as if they used steak-umms to make it. The fries were those battered looking fries that I hate. The crab cake sub I ordered wound up in the trash because it was so horrible. I would normally drive to the store and get a refund but I am not feeling well today. I asked the person on the phone of the sub would be made with real crabmeat or imitation and they specifically told me yes, it will be made with real crab meat. Well needless to say I received a sub with I don t know what the hell this is on it but it def appears to be imitation. NEVER AGAIN! And it sucks for them because we usually have big orders when we order out! Go elsewhere.

Edible.. is all I can really say.. My sub looked like it was on a diet and my husbands dinner platter looked nothing like the picture posted.

Good subs especially the chicken cheese steak and meatball sub. Pizza not that good...

Amazing food and awesome friendly customer service. I always come here for lunch and or dinner. The food is always fresh, well seasoned. My favorites are personal pizza, gyros and pizza by slices. Once you eat here, you will always come back for more. I'm a regular here.

The sausage pizza had a quality/quantity of sausage that took me back to public school lunches.

The wings couldn't all be called wings since some of the pieces were mangled breast meat

Not only is this place dirty (walk in and look at the floor and counters) the owner is so rude!!! I called to place an order for pick up and he was so nasty Terrible service!!!! I live 3 mins from them but will never eat here!!!

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I used to love this place and sadly I will miss the food, but after the way I was just treated I will never give them my business again. Whoever I spoke to apparently had an issue with how I placed my order (through a 3rd party app) and instead of just confirming my order like he should have decided to argue with me, continuously interrupt me, and just generally rude. I ended up cancelling my order and I will never order from there again. Save yourself the headache and order from Roma s instead.

By far....and I mean BY FAR the best cheesesteak sub anywhere! I grew up in the area, and have traveled to many different places in search of the greatest cheesesteak. Waterloo takes those honors hands down, as well as the rest of the items on their menu!

They wouldn't deliver to TA travel center to truck driver because was a parking lot said they don't deliver at night if not staying at hotel SMH

Awesome fries and awesome pizza! The employees are friendly and deliveries always fast. We've been ordering from here since we moved in and haven't had a bad experience yet!

Waterloo has been a community staple for as long as I can remember. Consistent quality means you know what to expect. It isnt the most gourmet place but I love them anyways.

Good food , good pizza ! Have you changed your French fries? I love the French fries that you have served for years- golden brown and crunchy! I ordered recently and the fries were different- plain and bland!

They were great at first but fell deeply downhill since. Last order forgot things, spaghetti had staples in it!, hot turkey platter was all dried out, no gravy at all! We re done, never again!

Got a problem they could care less about it even the owner!

I love this place very much. It has a happy mood. The meals are wonderful. the service is effective and the crew is friendly. The pay is honest. deeply recommend.

If you've been in the howard county area and you haven't tried this place, you are missing out big time. They've been in business for almost 30 years now and their food is always on point. Especially their original subs are SO TASTY! :D

The pizza never disappoints. It is the closest thing to real NYC pizza in the area and I have always had a positive experience with the staff when I order and pick up.

We had cheeseburgers, fries, shrimp plate, kids grilled cheese......Great Food! It was such a pleasant surprise to receive outstanding food, outstanding delivery service and outstanding customer service when we called in our order. Food arrived in less than 30 min and was still hot. Everything was clearly cooked fresh to order. Ali is the owner and he has found his calling.

The biggest turkey club I ve ever had and it was delicious! I m picky about my turkey club sandwiches. I don t want anything fancy; just the basics. It was piled high with layers of excellent turkey between 3 layers of toasted white bread. My daughter got a chicken salad sandwich on wheat and it was also wonderful. The sandwiches came with fries that were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I can t wait to go back and try more items in the menu.

It s really no stars I ordered a small pizza it was trash I didn t even finish a slice I threw the box away and when don t you get garlic sauce for pizza ?? Like I just came out here to visit a friend never again please close down

If I could give it no stars I would. These people were so rude, took a little longer then expected and the driver took $2 for himself when I never tipped him. But hey, that'll be the last time I order from them. It wasn't that great anyways and I didn't get what I ordered. Horrible place. Never again.

The food here is trash and the people who work there are insanely rude. Everyone in the reviews who says that the service is unacceptable didn't just have a "one time bad experience". The owner and the workers constantly treat the customers in an unprofessional manner and make rude comments because they're too immature to handle matters calmly.

I am only posting this review because I have had SO many bad experiences and kept letting them go. I will not be ordering from this establishment again

This place is near my sister's home, and she loves their food. Every time I order from them I'm never disappointed! The portions are large and the food is delicious! They have the Broccoli & Cheese bites I've ever had The Ham & Cheese Panini is yummy and their is so flippin good!! The staff that answers the phone has always been nice and helpful answering questions if I order something new. I would definitely recommend to anyone to try them out.

This used to be our favorite pizza spot. Until last week. The food was horrible. We ordered salads and a few appetizers. The salads at the grocery store are better by far. They just slapped the order together, it wasn't fresh. And the dressings provided were spoiled. The appetizers were over cooked, and extremely firm/hard/crunchy. as if they had been sitting out for awhile. We threw the entire order out. So sad. 30 bucks down the tubes. Think twice prior to placing your order. Save yourself the disappointment.

Last night I was hungry and decided to order from Waterloo, mainly because they were the only store open. I ordered boneless buffalo wings and French fries. The fries were disgusting, I ended up throwing them away. Not even ketchup and salt helped. They tasted as if they'd been cooked and reheated. The wings seemed to be from a bag of boneless wings you get out of the frozen food section from the Grocery store. Add insult to injury, the wings were cold in the middle. The food was prepared without any respect. In the bright side, it didn't take long for delivery. Don't waste your money, time or appetite with Waterloo.

Great service, great food, and a real treasure of you live nearby! Try out their subs and you will not be disappointed.

My favorite place to call in delivery for girls night. Amazing subs, quesadillas, etc but my friends all picked their favorite. They deliver to my house and the location is definitely underestimating the quality of the food. I come here like once a week now because my friends from college keep begging for it. My favorites are the chicken cheesesteak sub, chicken tenders, and the amazing fries!! Regular and wafer.

The pizza was nasty and dry and the boneless chicken wings were burnt. I had to drive back to the shop in order to get my refund. There are many places I columbia for better pizza.

Ordered from Waterloo Pizza and Subs via Doordash this evening. Doordash made a mistake with our order and the kind folks at Waterloo Pizza and Subs went above and beyond to help us out. Clearly the owners of this establishment care very much about their customers, they saved our evening !! I will DEFINITELY order from them again in the future! Oh, and I also want to add that the meal was AMAZING!! Thanks again Waterloo Pizza and Subs for being so wonderful !!

Great pizza and wonderful customer service! With my experience with multiple pizza & sub restaurants, this restaurant is one of the few where it's store owner is always ensuring that customers are truly satisfied with their food. Even with a recent small issue with our food, the store owner was able to nicely accommodate us, while handling the issue in a timely manner. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The people were very nice, but the kitchen very dirty, they are back and forth out side taking smoke breaks and not washing there hands... Very unsanitized environment!!!!

This is my absolute favorite Old Bay Wings Spot. Being from Cali, I never had Old Bay Wings before. This place got me hooked. Great staff, short wait time (pick up or deliver).

This place used to be so good - unfortunately not anymore in my experience. We've been ordering food from them since 1992 and everything was always fresh, plentiful and accurate - that has changed. It has changed ownership and we keep trying them but we will not anymore. The cheesesteak subs have a relatively small amount of meat (they used to have quite a lot), the onion rings used to be huge and really great - now theyre tiny and you only get a few per order. The fries are coated with too much breading for my taste - they used to be just natural potato fries. Worse than this is that the last two times we've ordered delivery the order has been incorrect in some way and we had to get part of the order re-delivered (while the rest of our order got cold while we waited). The problem is that the person who often takes the orders sometimes doesn't listen well and doesn't read the order back to you - which I should've insisted on but I didn't think he'd get it wrong twice in a row. They used to have hands down the best cheese steaks in the area (never had awesome pizza but everything else was great - spaghetti, wings, wraps) but from now on we'll stick with Bella's or Philly's Best - both places are excellent and they deliver. I really hate to write a bad review of a small business so I'm usually pretty patient if there's an issue here and there - but this place just seems to have changed. The people seemed nice so I was hoping they would do well. Maybe things will get better.

We were in Columbia from out of town and went to Waterloo on a whim. Ordered a large white pizza and it was probably one of the best white pizzas we've ever had. I'm super looking forward to coming back for more next time we're around.

Moved to Elkridge a few months ago and every pizza we have ordered has been from here. Delicious food and great deals. Staff is friendly and fast. I cannot recommend this place any higher. Best pizza/experience combo in the area.

This place is a run down little Cesar's, but half the size of a little Cesar's pizza for twice the price. Come here if you like paying double for half and you also like bad pizza.

Ordered a Caesar Salad with tuna. Got a regular salad with tuna. Was too tired to even complain. I just threw the menu away and decided to not order anymore from this place.

There s no confusion on the location as when I ordered off the menu, it states business is located on Waterloo Rd as well as phone number match. My address is in your system from repeat business as order taker confirms when I give my phone number. Review was written because same issue occurred before, I called the store after 1st time, yet, the 2nd occurrence left a negative image.

This one is the best pizza place in howard county. I love their specialty pizza and original subs. The customer service is really good; the person on the phone and the delivery man are very nice.

I am very happy about the waterloo pizza and sub in Elkridge, the owner always try his best to make his customer's happy, any time I ordered the food, after the delivery he ask me is quality of the food was good ? Delivery is fast, I bought the food for my coworker after he eaten he was telling me tha all food was so so testy and he said he never eat that much testy frienc fries before .

The subs at this place are delicious! I keep ordering from them all the time. They are also open late into the night which gives us an option of a quick grab when needed. I would definitely recommend this place for people around the Howard county.

I've been ordering from Waterloo for years and have always enjoyed the food (our favorites are the pizza, french fries &salads) and received good service.

Anytime I m in the area I will order some pizza and subs to go. The food is always amazing, reasonable pricing, great customer service and not too long of a wait from when I order to when it s ready for pickup. I can t say enough great things about them!

Surely a place worth visiting, the food is fantastic and well prepared, the cost is convenient and it is regularly neat there. Great work.

A small place i saw and stopped by one day. I ordered 4 x-large 1 topping pizzas on sale to have for the weekend. On the way out the cashier said "keep the pizza level so the cheese doesn't move". That confused me until i actually opened one of the pizza boxes and started eating. The crust, +1 since its actual pizza crust and not the cheaper bread and/or biscuit crust many places use now to save on costs. What was great was the basic sauce and cheese. Really really good. The toppings weren't that great, but they don't need to be since the basic pizza is so good this is the rare instance that toppings don't matter. Lots of sauce and cheese, and very tasty. One of the best cheese pizza's ive had, and at about 9 dollars for an x-large, good price.

Best pizza secret in the area, better than any Catonsville pizza.
