The rooms have paper thin walls. You can hear EVERYTHING, even if you speak in normal voice. I was roomed next to several crying children that would not stop crying for hours/ days. No daily house keeping. If you want new towels or toiletries, you have to go to the front desk and request them. Parking is at the back of the hotel which is inconvenient when it rains. Staff is not friendly. The bed sheets smelled. I doubt sheets are changed after guests check out. For being next to Nichols Hills, this hotel is ghastly and unacceptable. I could not check out fast enough from this place. If you want no privacy, dirty linens, bad service, and head crying children at 5 am, this is the place to go.
