A fun place to cool off in the water for a few hours
It was awesome my first time there everyone was friendly thanks water world
Only 2 things to do they need to add more slides then they will attract more customers from different cities
Water world isn't the same place when I was a teenager wasn't worth the price to enter only have the wave pool and the great white water slide that was available felt like I was a sardine in a sardine can that how packed it was in the wave poo . At the same time you cant have fun with out some lifeguard blowing there whistle over splashing your own kid what a shame definitely won't be back
Would be nice to have a separate area for the tubes in the wave pool but other than that it was fun!
Only ONE slide was open. Food was overpriced. Decent way to get wet for cheap though.
This is one of the best water parks I been to and honestly when they open it with the 3 new water slides it s going to be amazing cant wait!
Me and my five kids went there and have had the time of our life we will be back every summer very friendly people and very fun things to do
2 stars for being available and having clean water, the employees were very rude, when the we are closing announcement was heard, we jumped out to go get dry clothes on in the bath-house we were told we couldnt because it was closed, we didnt want to roll hair 9r do makeup. Only wanted to change into dry clothes, we were told that we couldnt enter to gather belongings, the little girl outside the ladies room was very rude, and said we should have already changed before now, she kept popping ogf and talking bavk insulting remarks. Such ss ill tell my supervisor, i told her to go ahead, and call them up, we paid a lot of money to be told we had to strip down & change in parking lot
It was great ! Only have two water slides , but it's worth the money . Wave pool is awesome .
Great fairly inexpensive outing for the family. There are only 4 rides but all have minimal wait times. They have a wave pool, the great white slide, a racing triple slide and a kids play area. Good way to kill a few hours on a weekend.
Great place to take your family to cool off have a little fun just wish there was more to do there friendly staff there too
Was there with the kids from church. The kids had a good time. But the kids said the life guards wasn't paying attention. A few of the kids after the wave. They were stuck on the deep in. And tried to get their attention to help get them back.
Awesome day with my babies Beats Point Mallard for sure
Best place for the money and you can bring your own food and cooler
I will return its reasonable pricing and lots of fun
The stealing in this water park screws everyone's fun.
A great time at a great price!! My kids had a great birthday party!!
My kids love this place. They are four and two. They have a designated address just for them. However if you venture to the wave pool make sure to bring your kiddos a lifeguard certified flotation device. I was told it had to have a chest piece. It's a wonderful place to hang out for the day with family.
We've been annual pass holders on and off over the last 7 years... This year's season is already off to a rocky start. Completely disorganized chaos trying to pick up our pre-purchased annual passes and get into the park, flume slides that are no longer operational, and a facility that needs some serious repair and maintenance. If our family doesn't see some improvements before the season is out, this will be our last season... It's getting far too hard to justify the price for what they're offering.
Great place to swim and take kids. Fun kiddy area with a slide and sprinklers. The wave pool can be a little scary if you're not an experienced swimmer.
My husband and I are premium pass members and we go to this park every chance we get. The wave pool is our number one spot to be. The lifeguards are for the most part attentive, there have been a few who we have seen distracted and like they have something better to do. The only things we would like to see are that locker rentals are included with premium pass members and more healthy options at the snack bar!
This place is a wonderful option for those who are trying to beat the heat and have some fun!
They charge ten dollars for just a wave pool and one slide. Not to mention anything that you could do there cost money such as innertubes , refills, lockers, and they food was soaking wet. I was not impressed by any means.
Charged us full price and the best parts of the park was closed nothing fun and didn't tell us until after we had paid
Everything was good, it was busy but that was to be expected, the bathrooms were filthy though and the customer service at the concession stand wasn't the best.
It's ridiculous to pay 16 dollars apiece to take a 2 year old to swim in the kiddy pool. 32 dollars so we can watch our grandchild.
I bring my Grandson every year! He looks forward to his day at water world! See y'all tomorrow!
Too overpriced and after paying to rent a tube, children kept trying to steal it. When I took it back and asked for a refund, (that, mind you is only $2) since we couldn't enjoy ourselves for having to watch out float CONSTANTLY, they said they could do nothing about it. Find a better way to run ur business. And we ask to speak to a manager don't send out a socially awkward teenager that acted like she didn't know what to say to us. Do your job!! This place is absolutely ridiculous!! Will never be back.
It's not a bad place to beat the heat but they have to do something about the overcrowded pool. I'm not sure why they refuse to put a lazy river in. It would relieve some of the congestion in the pool and make it more relaxing for everyone. I bought a season pass this year but I think I'll just get one for shipwreck island next year. It has much more to do and it's only $10 more than the season pass to waterworld.
Loved it! It s around 20$ to get in for two adults. The wave pool is the place to be! They have two slides and a kiddy pool as well. A tube rental and a gift shop. They also have food.. but it s nothing to talk about. However you can bring your own food and coolers in to the park! We had a blast!
My family and I have season passes and we are there every other day no joke. This is our 2nd yr going. We make our children abide by the rules. Well that doesn't matter because they embarrassed us today by calling my husband out for doing literally nothing. He has been taking our 2 yr old out deep during the waves every time we go out 2 yr old loves it he grabs dads shirt and will push himself down in the water. At 2 he can swim the lifeguard and her rude self made a complaint and said another customer did it. Prior to that we had an issue about where we sat to eat, we have 8 kids so we bring food for them we were asked to moved because the area we were at was for the little food court ok we understood that things change but when we moved to area we were told to move, we had just got their food out and they rushed up so they could close the umbrella. Seriously so now I can't feed my kids. $240 for our season passes maybe isn't a lot for some people but it is for me, yet we just wanted to have fun which is the whole point of the place. But that's not allowed. Then they hire lifeguards who can't pick up a brick. This guy was drowning and another customer was telling the female lifeguard and she's up there to busy posing the make guard wasn't even strong enough to pick the guy up so finally she jumps in, 2 lifeguards when the guy drowning barely weighed 125. The place is a rip off. Very unhappy.
Fun but needs a facelift and more attractions. Bought a summer pass but kids got bored quickly with it.
Don't waste your money. They are overpriced to not do much. We got bored after being there for little over a hour. It would be different if they had a lazy river or more things to do. Also not everyone can wear bathing suit and to harass customers about it and kick them out of the pool is disgraceful. I will never take my family there again.
Not as advertised. Affordable however only 1 slide open and pool closed as well. Disappointing
It was great the employees was eccentric!!! The chicken fries are off the chain and the Great White ride was exciting!!! I had a great time.
Haven't been since I was a kid, took my kids for a last of summer dacation had a blast.
This season 2019 the water slides are not open but they didnt ajus the price. We will not be going back this season its not worth the price . The wave pool is nice but they have so many rules! I should be able to let my kids hold on my sholders on my back they know how to swim and we were just playing.
Very crowded restrooms are very nasty... needs up graded bad...not to much options to choose from...charge for a tube for little activities they do have then they have enough of those have to wait until someone returns one!!!
Two of the children I brung could get in the kid part but the other kid who was 11 could not play on ANYTHING .I only recommend this place to kids under 50 .So o don think my family will be going there anytime soon
JUST NEED TO HAVE SOMEONE CONSTANTLY CHECKING IN ON THE RESTROOMS
It was a good experience the surroundings were very clean and neat. Thank you!!!
My son and I enjoyed our day. The new slides and kid's cove are awesome. We highly recommend the striped slide.
It's a nice area for children to play, but it is small and there are not a ton of options, as far as a water park is concerned. It is clean and the lifeguards are attentive. We had a large party here. The picnic tables and pavilions are large and well maintained
Not family friendly!!! Don't go!!! The teenager, Savannah, attending the Tadpole Hole was repeatably rude to my 3 year old child and discouraged her from coming down the tiny toddler slide. In contrast, she was very friendly to some other children that were also hesitant to come down the slide. It seemed as if she simply didn't like my little girl. It was our first and last time there. I watched her discourage my child 3 times before I stepped in and gave her a reality check. Then I told the teen manager who was kind about the issue, but I left really unsatisfied with the whole experience and vowed to actually get online and share my opinion. The park also is incredibly small and overcrowded.
There's was nothing to do, tiny kids are a wave pool a water slide and a broken ride. That is it. Super tiny not impressed
Good for the price. Only 1 ride, wave pool and kiddie pool are offered. Good if you live in the area but I wouldn't travel (2 hrs) again for it.
We didn't eat in the park so I'm not sure about food prices. But I did see that coolers could be brought in.
My most negative review...please change that carpet flooring!! It smells awful and I'm pretty sure that was what was attracting the gnats.
Pretty clean accept for kiddie pool area
Because the area has shrubs, dirt and leaves right by the pool it was very dirty.
Great place for a quick trip to get wet. Small enough that the kids can run wild and you still can see them
Don't waste your money. One ride out of commission and the great white ride only had 1 tube. The only other things they had open were the wave pool and the kiddie pool. It was a waste of time and money! Not worth the trip and definitely not worth the money! I recommend saving a little more money and going to wild adventures or shipwreck island! At least the other parks maintain their rides!
A few workers were very rude and not doing there job.
The right amount of water fun for the adults and kids to enjoy and I also like the fact that we had the option to bring our own food
Raining after we were there 20 minutes, we got out of wave pool went to stand over by the food are because it was raining hard and A guy told us we could not stand under blue tent because it's food area so we moved in the poor in Rain with 5 kids,I think that was disrespectful when there was others in same place, anyway, they need to start Refundable money when it Rains, other than that it was okay place
