I ve used waterpiks for about a decade. I have never had one of these things last more than 2 years. The button that stops the flow of water always gets stuck after a year or so. This has happened in every single one of the waterpiks I ve had over the past 10 years, and I ve gone through 6 of these now. I don t understand how the design could be this poor.

I had a problem with my Water Pik and contacted their customer service department via telephone. Ana, the young woman who answered the phone was friendly, professional, understanding and provided me with a solution that exceeded my expectations! World Class customer care! Well done Ana and Water Pik! I am very grateful!!!

I needed a replacement part for my shower head. I called the 1-800 line for customer service on 12/28/20. The nice lady on the phone said it would take 1-2 weeks to ship and arrive, which was understandable with it being Christmas and COVID times. Little did I know I was in for a nice surprise...

The part came to my door (I'm in Canada) on 12/31 by FedEx. Part is installed and shower working like new! Very impressed with this company!

I have a Water Pik water flosser and absolutely love it; however I have made two service calls to Water Pik and I don't believe I have ever dealt with a company that excelled in customer service the way Water Pik does - extremely efficient, very courteous and incredibly helpful. I would not hesitate to purchase another Water Pik product.
