I needed a replacement part for my shower head. I called the 1-800 line for customer service on 12/28/20. The nice lady on the phone said it would take 1-2 weeks to ship and arrive, which was understandable with it being Christmas and COVID times. Little did I know I was in for a nice surprise...

The part came to my door (I'm in Canada) on 12/31 by FedEx. Part is installed and shower working like new! Very impressed with this company!
