I recently had to deal with my utilities and had the opportunity to interact with the Los Angeles Dept Of Water And Power. While the overall experience was satisfactory, I found the process slightly confusing. The website could be more intuitive, and it took me a bit of time to figure out how to set up my account and make payments. However, once I got the hang of it, managing my services became easier. The company should consider improving the user interface to make it more user-friendly for new customers.
