I always get great service anytime I go to this water grill location. The food is really good too. I'm not a big fish person but I enjoy it here. The clam chowder is really good and the fish is cooked well.

Loving the goddess dressing on their Cobb salad. It's still healthy. I have ordered a pick up today and I don't know where these avocados come from but they practically melt like butter in my mouth! So absolutely delicious! Tried some dish here, and they don't miss to satisfy my cravings! Highly recommended!

I love this place! The food is obviously great tasting!! The Sr. Manager Criselda Chew and the waitress Jenna were so friendly, and respectful. It was my 60th birthday and a quiet dinner with my wife and daughter were just delightful and these two made it memorable!!! Thank you Water Grill and Criselda and Jenna!

I've had a couple of great main entrees here at the water grill, but I keep coming back for one thing, and that's the clam chowder! By far the best clam chowder I've ever had and I love the fact that whole clams with shells are in the actual suit. The bread is fresh baked, always soft, always moist. A simple lunch with a bowl of the best clam chowder and some great bread is all I can ask for on a cloudy day!

so so so so so yummy, waited in a LLLOOOONNNGG line but worth the wait. Its just a yummy burger... you won't be let down, if you just like a good burger with an egg on it. Don't over think it!

I've been eating fried fish from here since I was a child. Definitely one of my favorite fried fish places. I reccomend buying the mix to make fried fish at home it sure does taste just like it!

Very strongly recommended restaurant here in our area! Last Saturday, My family and I celebrated my birthday here. We were so happy and satisfied with their dishes because it was so affordable and delicious. They didn't fail their customers' expectations of their services and foods. Until next time! Thank you so much, guys!

I am legit happy this place opened up as one of the few places outside of K-town to enjoy "Chi-Mak" (Korean style chicken and beer). Not only do they serve great selection of beers, but also to go along, their fried chicken is one of the best in the area; crispy outside, juicy, and tender inside without being overly greasy.

I love the food and service in this place. Their specialty which is seafood is delicious. Fresh from harvest and I can prove that through the taste. It is a must visit when you are in L.A.

Extraordinary, authentic Italian food. I've been going here for a few years, since the place was brand new...back when the Italian chef and his wife would pass by your table and chat with you for 10 minutes. It has since grown and they've opened the room next-door and also have tables outdoors, plus they also have a second La Pergoletta in Echo Park (that I haven't been to yet).

I'm so glad we stopped at Old's Havana; it was like walking straight into a Cuban street party in the 1950s. One thing is for sure, they've got the mojito recipe down pat. They have so many people coming in for mojitos that they have a row of glasses lined up on the bar, with raw sugar cane and fresh mint, prepped and ready to go.

In the heart of the city off Grand Ave. You will find this upscale working-class hero. Jumbo Cakes were deliciously original, however I felt there was too much celery considering the greenery already present in the cake. The 7 Cheese Lobster Mac was rich and creamy with the perfect amount of Loster. Himachi Nacho's had a nice and spicy unfortunately the almonds just didnt fit in here. I would love to have seen a cold mother sauce infusion in this dish to give it that warm cheesy "Nacho" flavor. Loved the Pacific Oyster selection. Tried the top 2... worth every penny. The habinaro dip was a fantastic addition to the normal cocktail trio. I would definitely eat here again.

Excellent quality for pastas and salads. They have unique pastries too. Especially like their coffees and mint lemonade. Always anxious to serve you. Thank you for bringing this great eatery to our area. It's a gem.

We had a great meal. Our seating was delayed, but the staff kept us informed and even had food ready when sat down. The food was very good. All of the appetizers and main courses were well received. We had exceptional service throughout the night.

Today was my third time here, and yet again, it was perfect. The food was fresh and delicious... the place was very clean and bright... and the employees were kind and hard-working. I look forward to returning again and again... and to supporting this charming community gem!!

Being there three times in the last couple months and we always left the place happy and content.

Price is steep, but the dishes are just beyond amazing. The quality of ingredients, preparation and presentation are all five stars. Wait staff are mature, well mannered and very knowledgeable about every dish.

The deserts are on the smaller side. I guess they have to service small size deserts for all the weight conscious LA celebrities.

This place smells like raw fish when you first walk in, which was somewhat of a turn-off. We sat down quickly and ordered just drinks, our bill was $60 for a Gin&Tonic, glass of wine, and Long Island Iced Tea. Maybe it's me, but that seems fairly overpriced.

Excellent fine dining restaurant down town. I had an amazing sea bass before we got a complementary town car to the opera. The food is well thought out and seasonal. The decor is a little dated but classic. The service is impeccable.

as a hospitality person this place is very nice and cozy for drinks and oysters. However, the service was amzing BUT the we were there for 2 hours no joke. the took so long till comes 1. 2 we order half dozen and they brought 5 but when we told them they pologize and they fixed the order. the main course is terrible!!! taste bland no flavor i was surprised about the taste, it took them 40 mins to make a fish? I have went to other places it was faster way faster and taste better. the desert was amazing. I would come back for oyster and hopfully they won't mess up the order.

Tasty and friendly. There are many people, but you don't have to make a reservation until around 6:00. There are dishes for 3-40 dollars, and there are more expensive platters and meat menus. Do it. It is recommended when you want to have a decent dinner for about a day.

Met with a bunch of friends for dinner last week and everyone enjoyed their food. I had the lamb kabobs which were tender and cooked perfectly. The garlic sauce with the pita bread bread is my favorite! Wish it were a restaurant instead of more like fast food, but great never the less.

Left the place with a full stomach and satisfied heart. A bit pricey but hey, they serve amazing dishes. Staff are knowledgeable. Every food on the menu were explained fully. Quick and very satisfactory service.Be back some time soon!

Nice interior, classy. Came in with a reservation on a busy Saturday night, no wait. Our group ordered a few different entrees. King crab was over cooked, seafood soup was overcooked as well and lacked any real flavor, had to add salt. Cooked shrimp went rubbery. Didn't have the raw oysters, I guess this is the place for that.

Overall:
- Spendy $$$
- Romantic, but noisey
- Cool darker interior
- Bland overcooked food
- Good service, nice staff
- Long wait for food
- Fries were great
- Full bar
- Clean bathrooms right of entry
- Valet parking with validation is $11 instead of $32-$35 ! Enter through garage
- Good downtown location

Dishes were greatly served and beyond amazing. It's a bit pricey but I can assure that it's all worth it. Staffs are so accommodating as well, all professionals and have a great service.

This place is so amazing...best Cuban food in the area HANDS DOWN. The lechon asado is so juicy and moist and flavorful. I just got it delivered and the way they packed it up was so perfect. I'm lucky to live so close and call this a local favorite!!

As expected from a restaurant of this caliber, from the service to food quality, they perform exceptionally. I had no issue with my visit last year, and I do recommend this restaurant to anyone in Downtown LA to get a feel for what a higher caliber restaurant offers in terms of service and food quality.

I came here with some girlfriends and really enjoyed their happy hour menu as well as their dinner time options. The cocktails were amazing and the food was super exquisite. I definitely recommend this place for happy hour or even better a dinner date with possibly a special someone or some girlfriends. The ambience was amazing! I will definitely be returning!

I think the food quality and quantity has gone down recently. For $36 a person, I was surprised to have left still hungry. I had the scallops and they we're good, but they weren't fantastic. Another person in our party had salmon but it was overcooked. I think a little more veggies with the entree's and bit more attention paid while cooking would be good.

Phenomenal. Came for brunch and all the food was amazing. The benedict comes with ham - not sliced ham, chunks of ham. I thought it was actually pork belly. So, so good. The brioche toast was like a dessert. The house-made lemonade is perfect: fresh lemon flavor and not too sweet. Service was great, and the outdoor seating area is great. If it were a hotter day, I could see it getting uncomfortably hot on the patio, and they could use some fans out there. Highly recommend for brunch!

Great little restaurant. It gets a bit loud and crowded on weekends but it's part of the appeal. Small and family owned, it has a cozy feel to it without being overly subdued.
The food was delicious for a reasonable price and good portion.
The staff is impeccable. They are courteous, attentive, and genuinely seem to love their job and want you to have the best experience.
