With due respect...Customers services could be better

Was not useful. The company charges triple the amount in instalment to sell its own branded routers which comes with a one year warranty while the installments are paid for 18 months, and when it comes to repair or maintenance it sidelines itself and advises its customers that it is not repairable and to purchase a new one. This is daylight robbing their helpless customers

Staff information contradicts. If you go after 10 minutes and ask for same product offered by a staff, new staff is unable to offer. Simple answer we don't have.
