Today was my worst experience at Lute Riley. I made an appointment for oil change at 10:00 AM. I showed up 20 minutes earlier then was told to wait in line at Express Service. So what is a point of appointment? If I knew appointment doesn t apply to oil change, I would have be there earlier in the morning. Waited in line for more than 30 minutes and kept by passing by customers arrived much later than me. Another 15 minutes later, I finally get attended. Show the service rep my electronic coupon. 2 hours later my vehicle oil change was complete and packed at the waiting area. 15 minutes later approached the cashier and asked if she could check me out. Well, she can t because she doesn t have the invoice. I waited for another 10 minutes and asked her to help to expedite my check out and she did. 5 minutes later, the service rep brought the invoice and asked me to sign. I noticed the price did not have the coupon applied. I spoke to him about it and he said you should have showed it to me earlier. I told him I did but he denied about it. If there is video recorded, I am willing to reward him $100 if I didn t. If I did then all he needs to do is admitting that he was wrong. Overall, I wasted 3 and 1/2 hours just because I wanted to use the discount coupon. I will definitely not going to do that again in the future. I hope future customers don t have to have the same experience. Good luck to all.
