Lute Riley Honda-Automotive Service Advisor Review

I am very pleased with my service at Lute Riley Honda. The service department was very professional with their information concerning the work to be done on my car and were very punctual giving updates and progress being made on my car. Overall experience was very good. Excellent job!!

Today was my worst experience at Lute Riley. I made an appointment for oil change at 10:00 AM. I showed up 20 minutes earlier then was told to wait in line at Express Service. So what is a point of appointment? If I knew appointment doesn t apply to oil change, I would have be there earlier in the morning. Waited in line for more than 30 minutes and kept by passing by customers arrived much later than me. Another 15 minutes later, I finally get attended. Show the service rep my electronic coupon. 2 hours later my vehicle oil change was complete and packed at the waiting area. 15 minutes later approached the cashier and asked if she could check me out. Well, she can t because she doesn t have the invoice. I waited for another 10 minutes and asked her to help to expedite my check out and she did. 5 minutes later, the service rep brought the invoice and asked me to sign. I noticed the price did not have the coupon applied. I spoke to him about it and he said you should have showed it to me earlier. I told him I did but he denied about it. If there is video recorded, I am willing to reward him $100 if I didn t. If I did then all he needs to do is admitting that he was wrong. Overall, I wasted 3 and 1/2 hours just because I wanted to use the discount coupon. I will definitely not going to do that again in the future. I hope future customers don t have to have the same experience. Good luck to all.

I just had the best experience with Lute Riley Honda. I recently walked in the door knowing I wanted to buy a Honda CRV-L. I had been to several other dealerships already. Tony Nguyen came to greet me and within a short time he pulled up the car in the color I wanted, we test drove it and settled on a price. He was professional and accessible during the entire time I was at the dealership. And, before I left he made sure the car was washed and had a full tank of gas. Tony was quite eager to show me everything about the car and there are lots of things to know since my car was 22 years old, but I could not stay due to business meetings. So, he came to ME on a day that worked for both of us and I do not work nor live close by! After a 45 minute drive just to get to me, he did not rush through our time together. And, he invited me to call or text him any time when I have further questions. Tony is impressive in sales AND in customer service. Give him a call if you need a new Honda.

I arrived without knowing if my appointment had been scheduled. I was welcomed inside, I dropped my coffee and it spilled all over, everyone insisted it was okay. They drove me to Enterprise for my free vehicle for the recall service. I spilled my coffee again in the shuttle van. The driver insisted it was okay and not to worry. Then he waited patiently to ensure I would be able to get a car, then he left.
The next day they called to let me know my vehicle was ready and when I arrived, every single employee had a smile. Once again, I dropped my cup and spilled my coffee. They were generously patient with me.

Danielle the fabulous finance lady, Adam the awesome salesman, the radiant receptionist young lady and 2 of your other employees (1 was a mechanic and the other was a salesman. Both I will recognize in the future) went above and beyond to help me even after hours!!! I recommend this dealership over ANY in North Texas especially the McKinney store where my nightmare began but now my sleep will be SWEET thanks to your awesome crew! I will definitely send more people there!

I want to start off by highly recommending this Lute Riley Honda dealership. From the experience on the phone booking a appointment all the way until I got in the show room, all of their staff were top notch professional. My salesman Ahmad is the best in the business. He was professional and made the car buying experience a pleasant experience. He truly is the best in the business. The price that we spoke about on the phone was the price they sold to me with no hidden fees or anything. We will buy from them again!! I purchased the Honda pilot and I can t say enough positive things about it. This is the best 3 row SUV dollar for dollar on the market. Love all the features and especially all the safety features. They even delivered my new pilot to our home the next day. They are a class act dealership!

I had repair and maintenance work completed on my 2018 Accord at Lute Riley Honda of Richardson. I am very pleased with the results of the work. I talked to four different members of the staff and they were all friendly and helpful. Kyle Owen is the mechanic that did the work on my car. He was very knowledgeable in answering my questions. I have been using another Honda Cars location and this location definitely was a better experience for me. I will be using this location for all of my car needs.

- If you re looking for a Honda, Lute Riley Honda has great deals and is more competitive than other dealerships.
- Ask for Chuck Papari, he s better than any regular car salesperson, and works for you and not against you.
- Finding and purchasing a car here was the most seamless car buying experience I ve ever done.

We purchased our 3rd car last week from Lute Riley Honda Richardson. We had real good experience as other 2 purchase. I am really happy to work our sales person Tommy. He is always kind and helpful, even after deal. Highly recommended..
