Nice to have it in Greencastle. Would like to see a few domestic beers offered.

Great place to eat!! Great brew, absolutely unique,try the hoppy professor! Their burgers simply can't beat!!! Conveniently located near the square in downtown Greencastle, Indiana

Building inside and out was awesome.
But once you step inside thats where it starts to fall apart .
Ordered unsweetened ice tea but they did not have any type of sugar substitute.
Ordered a cider off the menu but they did not have it.
Ordered soup before our meal, it came with the meal and it was COLD.
Very confusing place...
Would not reccommend.
Very disappointed.

My wife and I ordered a 16 ounce New York strip salad and fries my salad which I asked to come out before my food came out with the food the steak tasted very old and cold I took a few bites out of it and I made the waiter aware that that steak tasted old and nasty and he said we should ve mentioned it before we ate half the steak there was only a few bites gone and then he just brought our bill out didn t offer to replace it or nothing he only came back to refill our drinks one time terrible service !

Excellent food & great staff. Next time I come here,gonna have to try the beer.

Delicious appetizers with great vegetarian options, big windows, interior, family atmosphere, beer brewed on site.

Prices are a little high and its usually really busy but the food is amazing

The breaded chicken sandwich is fantastic and the salad that comes with it is too good to be true.

Had a band and lound music is not good music. Needed to turn down music and offer better service. Food was ok but you had better chance of getting a refill in the desert.

I went on my birthday and it was the greatest experience I've had in a restaurant. Sweet hostess, awesome staff, and though the food took awhile, it was well worth it! I highly recommend for your alcoholic and steak needs! So delicious!

Love it! Beer was great and the fried chicken sandwich was crispy and amazing.

Food and drinks have always been good. Service has been variable. Today it took an hour to be served our food. Several other tables were frustrated with the waiting for food and servers to cash them out.

Food was very good other then the French fries were very greasy. Didnt eat much of them .. Told the waitress that they wasnt good and she didnt even ofter to take them off our $67 bill .. This was my second time there..

Every time we are in Greencastle, I have to go to Wasser's. My friends make fun of me but I'm obsessed with their tacos. They have dairy free aioli! FIRE!

I lowered my rating based on a visit last week. "Something happened in the kitchen" that resulted in my "order being lost." After another fifteen minutes, I finally received a sandwich that had very thin sliced fatty and gristle striped pork. I was only charged 1/2 price for the sandwich and it wasn't even a bargain for $5. .

Fresh, local food, great beer and fantastic service

Nobody was in the place midday on a Saturday and it took forever to get our food, for 2 adults and a child. Beer is decent, burgers were fair. Nothing groundbreaking but tasty. You have to be a really good joint with good service and amazing food to get 5 stars from me. Probably a really great place for Greencastle.

Curry chicken couscous was great. Small menu though.

Food was excellent. Unique. Didntvexpect it. I had the smoked pork bahn mi sandwich with greens on the side.. Crume Brulee for dessert. Both outstanding. Had their home -brewed brown ale with sandwich. Excellant

The food was good but the menu and beer options could be improved. The beer menu was to heavy on IPAs the fish tacos where made with very fresh ingredients but was far to busy to distinguish the various components. The scotched eggs where excellent and exceeded the surrounding areas options for this traditional dish. Over all my experience was good but could be improved with more variety in the beer options besides IPAs and other bitter style beers. I would recommend you give the brewing company a try if your looking for something different with a nice atmosphere and very fresh food.

Fantastic ambiance, and outstanding food/beers. Personal favorite is the fried chicken sandwich - the combination of the flavor from the breading, the light crispness of the bun, and the slaw/dressing will absolutely make you come back wanting more!

Best tenderloin I have ever had. Light flaky. Not oversized fried shoe leather like some places. Try the Wasser Burger, one of the best I have ever had. The Wasser fries hand cut, and excellent. Family dining. Live music. Everything is fresh and locally sourced. Like NONE of the food is ever frozen, all fresh.

I'm not a huge beer fan, but my husband is so we stopped in for a drink and appetizer before dinner. I got a small pour of the Belgian Blonde and we shared the beer cheese and crostini appetizer. The beer was not bad (remember beer is not my favorite anyway), but I did enjoy the appetizer. The cheese had a nice flavor, and I particularly liked that the bread was just lightly toasted. Many places the bread is so crunchy it is difficult to eat and hurts the roof of my mouth. Our server said she had just recently started. I didn't catch her name unfortunately, but she was very nice.

Fantastic food, great brew, and stellar conversation. Belly up to the bar, grab a pint, and enjoy the ambience for the authentic.

We were there the other evening and the server was very good. Our problem was with the owner who was tending the bar and after 25 minutes we still had not received our drink order. We understand waiting for our food but not for our drinks. The owner tends to be very moody and we ended up walking out. We did take care of our server as he tried to get our drink orders filled but for some reason Chris felt he had other things to do that were more important than taking care of his customers. We have sent many customers to this establishment in the past and have came here many times but will be very hesitant to refer people to Wassers in the future or to going ourselves.

Burger very good. Fries. Very good. Service lacking. Fish awful. Need blinds to block sun and noise baffling. Neat environment.

Amazing burger, I'd say go with the medium rare if you want a juicy combination. I also got the grilled chicken sandwich, originally fried but didn't want sucha heavy meal. It was a huge bite but so worth it. Best part was the crispy fries :)

Had the fish and chips. Was great! Nice clean restaurant with friendly staff. Maybe could use a few more beer selections but what they had was really good

First time to visit. Very pleasant atmosphere and great food. There was 4 in our party and service was prompt, friendly and professional. Will return.

Good menu items that I don't have to convince my 14 year old to eat. We have always been pleased. We both had the City Chicken and enjoyed it. The beers brewed by Wasser are excellent. I paired this Curry Chicken with the Wasser English Pale Ale, delicious.

Hands down the best restaurant in the county. I've eaten at places like Prime 47 and Kona Grill and this place is as good and maybe even better. Highly recommended

Visited the brewery for lunch. We had the fish and chips and fish tacos. Both were excellent. Tried the IPA, Red IPA, and Hoptimism. All were too bitter for our taste as their beers all seem to be Belgian and German derived. Would be interested in their IBU's. The Hoptimism was listed as an Imperial IPA at 7.6% ABV but wasn't really a true Imperial due to this ABV and taste.

To start off the night, the music was exceptional. I will say though that the drums were a little off beat. The greens and vinaigrette tasted excellent when dipped into the chunky horseradish gravy. The employees were very kind! And I will most certainly be going back for more horseradish gravy! Highly recommend the horseradish gravy. If the meal was served with biscuits and horseradish gravy I would ve given this a five star review. Also, I would love to know the arrangements of lawn clippings out into the salad.
