Great local place for rain boots and shoes for all from kids to adults.

Very disappointed with return policy. Western Chief rain boots run large, and I wanted to return the boots for a smaller size. Washington Shoe Company required me to pay return postage, which turns out to be 2/3 the cost of the boots themselves. With Amazon Prime and many other online retailers paying return postage, this policy has put me off Washington Shoe Company entirely. Only reason for the 2 stars is that the other two pairs I ordered ~ regular shoes, not boots ~ are fine.

I really love my Seattle skyline boots please order more size 9 Seattle skyline boots . I travel alot and when people noticed the Seattle skyline rain Boots they fall in love with and want to buy them right off my feet.

Love Western Chief boots for my grandsons! Fun styles, kid-friendly designs, comfortable and they can put on/take off by themselves.

Received a pair of the smoothe slippers for Christmas. They were 3 sizes too big. Too embarrassed to ask for a receipt from my brother... I called the company. I had original box and tags on. Never wore them except to try on. For $5 shipping they exchanged for the correct size and even gave me a different color that I like better! The exchange happened in about a week.

LOVE the slippers, warm and comfortable!!

LOVE even more their customer service. They didn t have to take these back...they were bought in some store thousands of miles away. Great customer service.
