I contacted Sara with BBB on March 26th to let them know my business was slow to none due to the virus and that I needed to cancel my membership of 6 years, she talked me out of and said she'll put the account on a payment hold so I agreed. More

I purchased two bikes on November 23 and received an email from Joe Flynn saying they were shipped with a delivery date. After waiting for more information, I checked with the shipping company and found that the bikes had never been picked up and I had been lied to. For what ever reason they held my money ($3229.17) for17 day and never shipped the product. My Grandchildren will not have a Merry Christmas because of these rascals.
My money was refunded instead of following through on their commitment to ship. Once the shipping has been paid the product should be shipped. Avoid this company if you want a Merry Christmas

Great response time! Handle business appropriately though. These guys work hard to better our countries Consumer Policies and they don't need people waisting their time.
As usually this company is being paid for by Amazon. Amazon has over 30,000 negative complaints and 1500 negative reviews, yet Amazon has an A+ rating? Well, the BBB decides who gets A+ ratings, and when Amazon seems to be the financial backer, it would make sense. This BBB never makes an attempt to have Amazon make a reasonable resolution. They always side with Amazon.
I had made a legitimate honest complaint against Lam Air of Merlin, OR. When I first filed the complaint, the business had an F grade with BBB. Well wouldn't you know, now not only is my VALID complaint REMOVED, but the business now has an A+ grade and is bragging about it online. Folks, the BBB is NOT your friend. Do NOT trust them, they have many reports of selling out to protect their lying, thieving companies as they are in the same category. What a SCAM. BBB is nothing but a place to drop off some money to keep your A+ grade. I will do all I can to expose these crooks.
AK TIMBER SERVICES were hired by neighbors to bring down there huge pine tree. The company did not top cut off limbs just put harnesses around tree and tried to pull down in street. It went wrong and landed in our yard luckily not going through our roof but totalled our truck took out bushes fences bear statues. The owner of business came over told my husband he had two claims against his insurance he would prefer not to go through insurance. Being seniors we trust people. He never came back to take his responsibility we had done nothing to deserve this. And only wanted to have them make right
My husband called owner of company. My husband had a heart attack and open heart surgery and the business owner will not do anything and he hopes my husband has another heart attack and dies

Had a dispute with an online business. BBB happily resolved it and FAST.
You can pay to get those complaints removed and most are illegitimate as well. Use google or reddit or something else for reviews and complaints.
I frequently check businesses on this site and find their ratings helpful.
