Happy with my internet service through Salish. The Wifi is a little choppy but I'm installing a nice router today that should fix that. Did 2 different speed tests and the average speed was about 8 upload and 65mbps download. If you do a speed test dont use the Google one. Its not accurate. For the longest time the only 2 internet providers out here in Tulalip were Frontier and Tulalip Cable vision. We tried both and were not too happy with either but decided to stick with Frontier. We only stayed because they were a little bit faster than T.C. Long story shortened, we never received good service through Frontier. Their customer service was even worse. That is a whole other story that I won't get in to but thankfully Salish popped up in my area offering quadruple the speed of Frontier for about the same price so we left Frontier and went with them. We are actually getting the speed that we are paying for and the lady who you speak to when you call them is super cool too. They arent Xfinity but I would still highly recommend.

Salish leases Frontier's phone lines to provide DSL to the Tulalip reservation. Therefore if you have Frontier and are experiencing poor service because of your lines, switching to Salish isn't going to change that fact. I switched from Frontier 4 months ago and haven't had a single problem yet. I have bonded service, 25mbps down and 1.8 mbps up in Marysville West. It has never gone down or disconnected. Salish's customer service is EXCELLENT! WAY BETTER than Frontier. I will never go back.

Excellent customer service. Like the previous post. It is Frontier's lines, just a more affordable service than Frontier and I am no longer getting the frequent disconnects that I had with Frontier. Never going back.
