Have been working for Wasatch Labs since April of 2012 to present and I have found it to be an absolutely excellent company to work for. High hopes to a bright future.
I love this company and there awesome customer service. Kaylee pike and her team are so friendly and helpful with everything that I needed. If you need these services wasatch labs is the place you need . Thanks again you guys are amazing

I work for Landstar trucking and come here sometimes and the employees are always nice and hard working. Very quick service. Would highly recommend them.
Bad experience! They stole over 12K from us. I had worked with them for a long period of time to develop a sunscreen spf 30. I worked with a person named Adam green. When it came time to pay for testing I paid them over 12K to conduct stability testing. I had another third party testing facility conduct spf testing. The spf testing came out 15spf, and not even close to the 30spf I had been requesting. This was upsetting since they charged me $4500 for 48oz of sample to make for testing, not to mention 2 R&D fees. The sample they made did not even pass broad spectrum, so it was completely unusable. They re excuse for this? They said there was a AMA labs fraud which which was causing the labs to change their protocols to be more strict on testing. Then they proceeded to say we made what would normally have been a spf 30 , and the chemist said this is why we wanted to keep the testing in-house . I couldn t believe they would make those statements. I brought this statement to the attention of CRL labs which did the testing and they told me they had not changed any protocols whatsoever. They never paid me back the 12K for the testing they never did. Keep saying they would send a check, but it never came. I would not recommend doing business here to anyone.
When I first started at this job, I was excited for a new opportunity but unfortunately it was the opposite. Everyone's first language there was Spanish, communication was difficult. They are unorganized, take there position to there head thinking they are better then everyone else. Professionalism needs to be established in this company. In my opinion this can be a better company to work for if everyone is treated equally. Scrubs are told to be worn to work but some people cannot afford that. They literally run you into the ground as if you are a robot. The leads there are hardly ever satisfied and favoritism plays a big roll on this. I just want to thank one person from this company which holds a position as a manager in mechanics he gave me an opportunity to run with him but I decided to quit it was all too overwhelming. Thank you for believing in me and for trying to give me a shot in something new and could of been something great. I met a lot of great hard working people here that has gone unappreciated for the hard work they put in. I just chose not to be treated poorly or belittled like that.
Wasatch labs is a high-class group to work with. Help with everything and fairly attentive to details.
Ive been there 3 weeks so far as a temp. They treat me like one of their own. The management does a great job in teaching you and their standards in the work is very high. Great company so far and hope to get hired on soon!
