These guys are great. I had some criminal charges arise from a bar fight. I was defending a friend, but nevertheless charges were filed against me. Luckily Wasatch Defense Lawyers were able to help me out. I was arraigned and these guys took care of everything for me. If you ever find yourself in trouble then I would highly recommend Wasatch Defense Lawyers. Craig is an outstanding lawyer with exceptional professionalism. Cowboy boots are cool too. Anyway, thank you again guys for doing such an awesome job.

Wasatch defense lawyers defended us on multiple fronts. They were reasonably priced and worked tirelessly to make sure that we were protected with all repercussions that resulted from our unique case. They have been very responsive and have been available to answer questions and concerns I have had regardless of where they are. I have interrupted family time but they were still responsive which positively impacted my own family time. When our case needed additional attention there was additional staff brought on to help with some of the leg work. Staff answered questions about the processes that we didn t understand. At times our case felt like it wasn t gaining any traction but those times were because of slow processes with agencies that were beyond the control of wasatch defense lawyers.

Our case hasn t fully been resolved but we have peace of mind to be protected against anything that comes as a result of our case.

Lane has been such great help along with the other members of the team in helping on our case! Craig and Lane did a wonderful job assisting me with what should've been a simple self-defense case but it turned into a complete and utter nightmare with alot of felonies and multiple accusations of witness intimidation and could have gotten me significant PRISON time. After they helped with my case I dodged 40+ years in prison, plead to only a couple felonies and only did little time in jail. I called 4 weeks ago and was told an attorney was unavailable to talk, not a big deal, I understand. I left a message and waited... 4 weeks later I called and was told an attorney was unavailable and so I waited. Still no call back. Even a hey sorry we haven t gotten back to you we re just a little busy but we haven t forgotten about you would be great. I don t know if this is standard for all offices, if they re slammed with work, or if it s just super poor service. I really hate leaving bad reviews so I honestly hope they re just busy. Anyways, hope you have or have had a better experience than I have.

I feel the lawyers at Wasatch Defense gave my son's case their best. And although we did not get the out come we had hoped we got very good results. And what I especially like is that they are continuing to help my son after his hearing and sentencing to help with making his time in jail better and fought to get him work release that the jail was threatening not to give him even though it was part of the judge's sentence that he get it. I appreciate that I can call and they return my calls and they will talk to me about things that are appropriate to discuss with me but they never discussed with me things that were confidential to my son and the case.
When I attended my son's final hearing there were many attorneys discussing their cases with their clients in the hall and I could hear what they were saying. I really appreciate that Jeanne took my son into a room and discussed his case in private. She does not know how much that meant to me that she has enough respect for her clients to keep information confidential.
Thank you for working hard to defend my son and taking into consideration what is most important in his life. The paralegal had no idea what he was talking about. He was negative and carless. I ask to put me through a lawyer NOT a paralegal and obviously didn't get the memo.

If I could rate this Law Firm 6 Stars I would!! Paralegal Lane was very knowledgeable in the law and gave me good sound advice. On a Saturday I called and Lane put my mind at ease. The Utah laws were explained to me very clear , even an 8 year old would understand!

Initially, we were quite impressed with the responsiveness and discretion with which our case was handled. They helped us come to a reasonable and favorable decision. However, when it came time to follow up later. We were repeatedly disappointed that the paralegal handling communications with us kept forgetting who we were (often hastily sending us information about other people's cases instead of taking the time to review our correspondence). It was unsettling. We also reached out repeatedly to make sure we had done everything required by the judicial decision, and were told repeatedly that we had, only to find out at the follow up hearing that we were deficient. They sent am attorney to that hearing who was completely new to our case and had not been informed of the decisions made a year ago, which made for a hearing that was a waste of time and could have caused serious trouble.
