Initially, we were quite impressed with the responsiveness and discretion with which our case was handled. They helped us come to a reasonable and favorable decision. However, when it came time to follow up later. We were repeatedly disappointed that the paralegal handling communications with us kept forgetting who we were (often hastily sending us information about other people's cases instead of taking the time to review our correspondence). It was unsettling. We also reached out repeatedly to make sure we had done everything required by the judicial decision, and were told repeatedly that we had, only to find out at the follow up hearing that we were deficient. They sent am attorney to that hearing who was completely new to our case and had not been informed of the decisions made a year ago, which made for a hearing that was a waste of time and could have caused serious trouble.
