Peaceful and beautiful. I love that you can choose different location for picnics. Enjoy the sun at the lawn or have some privacy at the pod. Very kids friendly with few playgrounds and a little stream. Perfect place for a Saturday lunch with friends and family. Excellent service. Great wine.
My only suggestion would be to change the picnic menu, being there quite a few times I got tired of the same basket(it s still delicious).

Started out with a wine tasting just before our picnic. Did the entry tasting which was a few wines and one bubbly, very well priced at R55 and you wouldn't think the wine is part of their standard range. Staff was very friendly and the views were beautifull. The only negative for me is that I don't think the picnic baskets are value for money. Nothing wrong with the food, but nothing special either.

A lovely setting for meeting friends, having some tapas platters and drinking wine. The tables under the trees with the jungle gym is my favourite area.

The swimming fountain is a hit with the kids. Either bring dry clothes or pack costumes.

There is also 2 French Boule courts and proper grassed area.

Although it gets busy as the day progresses, it never feels crowded.

Good place for families.

The Warwick wine estate has a very nice picnic spot on a widespread green garden
The outside under the shades of trees venue brings a lot of comfort and cooling in the current heat days
And last but not the least.....the wine! In the white range definitely a favorite is the Sauvignon Blanc and the Cabernet Sauvignon in the red glass. Enjoy!

Relaxing spot on the grass. Really beautiful on a sunny day. The food and wine was also great.
Recommended for anyone looking for a nice place to relax for a couple of hours in nature.
Also a good place if you have kids.
The one thing they could improve is when paying there seem to be a lot of confusion inside who could take our payment and how to find our bill.
Otherwise a great place!

Thank you for being so friendly. We did a roadtrip and warwick is the only pet friendly winery. Despite being full they allowed us to walk the grounds and for the doggos to take a dip in the water to cool down. They have the coolest picnic pods and set up. Do yourself a favour and book with them

Great estate, can only recommend the picnics (book in advance!). Very accommodating towards people with dietary restrictions (will make the basket gluten free). Baskets are very large, so I recommend having brunch here. Vegan and vegetarian baskets available which are as good and large as the non-vegan ones. Dog friendly. Nice view and surroundings. Bit far away from the city, but worth the trip.
