A lovely venue which we have now used about a dozen times. They attract some top rate acts and it is a very intimate place that adds to the enjoyment most recent visit to see Sarah Mlican who was sensational. Great parking without the usual two hour wait to get out once the show is finished and to top it all parking is free !!. A good cafe inside to eat at if needed and plenty of bars to get a drink before and after the performances. All in all a top rate experience

It's a long way from town. Modern venue but the drinks are so expensive I nearly messed myself. Seriously!

Went to see a gig in the small studio room and had a great time but make sure you get a drink beforehand and have taxi money when you need to get back to civilisation.

Visited for a Santa play with my toddler - no hand soap available in the rest room, the steward was rude and uninterested when asked questions, and the play started much later than it should. Not a great experience when with a young child. It would have been 1 star but the play was great, so that helped add an extra star, but the quality of the whole experience should be thought about...

Butterworth hall inside Warwick Arts Centre is lovely, however it was odd and a bit frustrating that to use the toilet you had to go outside the venue and back into the main Warwick Arts Centre building. Why can't there be toilets inside the Butterworth hall building itself? Otherwise a positive experience, with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere.

Very nice place to see a concert. Plenty of parking nearby and easy access to the centre. Good quality food and drink. Staff friendly and welcoming. Can't think of anything against the whole evening.

Really good venue. The cinema is superb for watching some of the latest films. They have some great comedy acts on. And also some decent live bands. The bar area is clean and modern. I think the arts centre is going through a bit of a refurb now so will be even better soon. Parking can be a bit rubbish on busy event nights.

Went to see AledJones and Russell Watson. A great concert. The singing was awesome and the musicians on stage were superb. They are in middle of building work so we had to use different entrances etc. We were clearly directed. I'm sure the Arts Centre will be fantastic when finished It's a great venue.

Not impressed with gatehouse information officer, very rude when l stopped to ask where carpark 2 is as there doesn't appear any signage. Carpark 2 happens to be the coach park, but very little signage for that either.

A great smaller venue that was easy to find and park at. The facilities in the centre were good and even sitting in a seat in what was supposed to be a restricted view it was still a great seat. Great price too!

I go there for conventions. They offer very reasonable on site accomodation as well as a wide variety of function rooms including a theatre. Plenty of AV options avaliable. Staff are usually very helpfull but late at night a few of them can be a bit less helpful (only human nature when you are dealing with over 1000 people at 1 in the morning, some of whom have had a bit too much to drink). Inclusive breakfast has a great variety and is good quality but gets very crowded.

The place it self looks nice even though they are doing building works. Staff were sufficiently helpful. Do not try and eat anything if you have an allergy as they do not know what that is...also not great for wheelchairs users during the building works..

Butterworth Hall is a great venue. However the experience was spoilt by two children on screens, a few rows in front, throughout the entire second half of the performance - the ushers need to be more vigilant.
