Plenty of everything and nothing, the salesmen are unlikely to help

Place itself is ok, well located. But inside there should be more signs showing what is where etc. Few times could not find a corridor between halls. Annoying.

Edit 2020: organisation of REMADAYS 2020 is disaster. Paying for parking on exit? No automated gates? Others who paid for parking have to stand in long queues to get out. Organisers don't care about guests.

A large exhibition area. On the plus side of the parking lot, the downside is the service which sometimes doesn't overwhelm if someone has a pass, ticket etc.

It should be without an asterisk. I pre-purchased three tickets for a motorcycle show. The fair has been canceled, so I am contacting you to return the costs incurred from purchasing tickets. I skip the very weak contact, nobody answers the phone and they reply to e-mails after a few days. But we managed to contact.
I am sending the purchase receipt and the account number. You write back to me that it would be best if I exchanged for a voucher, even though I clearly defined the terms of the complaint, then they write that the invoice is not enough and you need to send 1. Order number 2. Tickets 3. Confirmation of the transfer.

The state is doing everything not to return the money. But I think they forgot one thing. Motorcyclists come to the fair who are a harmonious social group and can organize themselves efficiently and file a class action.
Besides, I was very disappointed with you, I used to come to your party every year, but now thank you - I will not use it.

The organizer of the tattoo convention (which did not take place) sent everyone with the receipts to the birdwarsaw. I have been waiting for a refund for the canceled event since March. They made me wait 180 days, I waited. Now they are silent. I understand that you can have problems because of a pandemic, but I think they can write back? The money is probably gone. For the future, I will remember which conventions and events to avoid ....

Nice place for the fair, near Warsaw, a large object. Much better developed than before and the themes of the fair are also interesting

The Super Fair is only a distance from the city quite large. The plus is the number of parking lots.

Cool place a lot of space the only downside at the fair is a one-off ticket, if you go out you will not come back just hujnia the first and last time I was here because of this. I understand some security but paying for a one-day ticket 60pln and not be able to take full advantage of it is simply embarrassing ....

A great place for trade fairs in the wrapping industry 7 tons pm-tools managed to lift a mobile lift

The exhibition in this hall made an impression on me. Stalls, restaurants, toilets well marked. Unfortunately, leaving the car park was a path through torment. Security twice turned me on a different trip.

Excellent organization of the event. A huge amount of parking spaces.

Huge space for various exhibitions with a fairly large parking lot. I was there at Comic Con and it was fine as far as the location was concerned. Convenient access for motorists, but I can't imagine driving by public transport. There are two changes from Kabaty and you need to walk over 800 meters from the stop. The bus stop should be near the entrance.

A fair with potential. I've been to biocontracting and food tech. The first met expectations, the second was quite small, although we managed to make some interesting contacts. Organization of parking is fine, but disabled people should ask for help in securing a parking space upon entry. If they continue to develop in this way, it is ahead of mtp in Pozna .

"Indifference" is an understatement here. We met for the first time in Poland with such a terrible organization and false information that turned out to be a lie.

This one star is for the gentleman who called us the next day to apologize and offered us tickets to the Motorcycle Show the following year as a complaint to ease the situation. This did not interest us, because here we also have a complaint with an E-ticket exactly for this event.

We want to draw Expo Warsaw to the fact that they remember about customer service, because without customers you do not earn money.
The first piece of advice is to hire someone competent to specifically and accurately manage your main online site. How can you admit that "the page was just copied from that year" without editing? This is professional?
The second advice is to hire people according to competencies, not "pretty face". Complete fling on the spot with no suggestions to make up for it that people came from far away.
The third piece of advice is that information and communication are crucial when running this business. What is promised to customers cannot be missing - then it is a scam.
We are aware that these are different and difficult times, and therefore it is even more necessary to take care of information.
We feel sorry for people who have been fighting with Warsaw Expo for a long time and we wish them good luck and not to give up. For such places, the customer is worth more than gold. A satisfied customer will come back and spend. Therefore, we hope that such comments from victims will help improve customer service, and that Warsaw Expo will approach the organization differently.

I was the second time at the fair. There are always surprises. There is something for everyone, but not everything is beautiful. Few gadgets for children and contests for children are missing. For this lack of police when leaving the parking lot and I get a lot of traffic, I was almost 2 hours. I also recommend it.

Organization of trade fairs complete bottom. You should be glad that you can not give negative stars. All exits are closed. To get from hall E you have to walk around hall E and F around (about 400m) when we wanted to enter through the door we used the day before the service man says that "this door cannot be used and that yesterday there was a mistake". Complete compromise. Well done you !!!

Large parking lot, many companies, good organization.

Lots of galas, various fairs, poor information, it's hard to know where the party is, we won't get anywhere by car, so hiking remains.

I recommend a large exhibition space. It is a pity that they are so weakly connected with each other by temporary provisional connectors.

I got lost 50 times at this fair. Poor markings and specter stands.

Rooms are spacious, but poorly connected. The organization of major events requires little experience to be excellent.

Motor Show and WGS amazing events and, above all, huge halls filled with attractions to the brim. WOW! A really great place to show up and to watch.

Probably one of the bigger and better ones in Poland, plus a great organization.
