Place is a joke!!!! After wasting several hours there , days later got to see a PA . ThusPA walked into the room never looked at me sat at the desk and told me 2 weeks of physical therapy. Can t get a MRI till then !!!! So I leave go to Florida see a orthopedic surgeon, looks at me sends me for a MRI that day , next day schedules surgery!!!! Call WGH they tell me we did a internal review and we feel your level of care was meet!!! The PA told a complete different story then what happened, kinda like letting the nan spending the money do his own audit !!!! Yep looks good to me !!!! And by the way with my insurance, I don t need a approval for a MRI , just go get what you need , but he never even tried to look into that . I have had a knee replacement before , I know the difference between a good knee and a bad knee !!!! Rather go to a vet clinic than WGH !!!!

In the Emergency room on the 9th was admitted for 3 days great team work n excellent care n Kudos to the Dr on my case

Absolutely horrible!! My boyfriend was in there for 3 days and they did absolutely nothing. They gave him no information whatsoever. And when they did it was inaccurate. These doctors are completely incompetent. You're better off going to literally anywhere else.

When i was younger i sat in the ER for almost 3 hours with a massive slash across my head and then sat for 2 more hours in a room for them to just glue it. Go to Kane where you'll get real help.

The hospital itself is nice, but it is far to common to encounter staff who are self absorbed, clueless & incompetent - and I don t mean the doctors, nurses and other medical staff. Example: My mother was taken by ambulance to this hospital. Folks from Sheffield Volunteers were exceptional (thank you!!). However, when I went in today to drop off her suitcase, the folks I asked for help were incredibly insensitive & useless. Eg. Went to the help desk in the main entrance & found a woman in a mask with skeletons on it reading a book. I asked her where I should put the suitcase to which she replied, put it there while still reading. There was basically along some wall near the doors. This suitcase has all the pills she needs and other important documents. And I ll add I m 56 yrs old and this is the first really negative review (one star) I ve posted ever.

My experience with one day surgery and maternity were great. I had a procedure done that required me to stay over night in maternity. As soon as I got to the hospital I was immediately taken back to one day surgery and was ready to go within 20 minutes or so being there. My nurse that took care of me through the night, Brooke was wonderful. She was very prompt with getting me what I needed and took excellent care of me. My drinks were filled without me asking and if I got up and she noticed my bed needed changing she did it. She was professional and friendly as well. I cannot stress what a relief it was to have care like that after having surgery and feeling yucky. Thank You!

The managers in some departments, like housekeeping, are atrocious and incompetent. The pay is NOT good and they have their favorites and will pick and choose. The lazy employees that tattle constantly are allowed to do whatever they want, and the managers have no control over it. You are expected to have to do some of your coworkers work for them, especially if you're a new employee who doesn't know any better. The managers choose to have no control over some of their employees because they don't want to put their foot down and cause issues with these employees. But they refuse to realize that their inaction causes more unhappiness and ruins moral for the employees who feel burned out due to it. They are spineless. Equipment is terrible and don't expect for it to be replaced or fixed because the managers would rather save a penny than invest in some decent equipment. The union is terrible. The benefits are terrible.

I was in the ER a few weeks ago, the ER staff o had this time around were very caring, I was septic with 2 major infections. At first they couldn't locate the infections and decided I needed to be admitted. The 3rd shift staff I did not have an issue with they were nice as can be, and helpful to a point. It was 1st and 2nd shift. The CNA's and nurses wouldn't update me, tell me what tests were ordered, why they were ordered, none of it. The phlebotomists that I had were trying to draw from my hand and I told them that nobody so far has gotten blood from my hand so don't attempt it and cause unnecessary pain. They were rude, didn't listen, the Nurses and CNA'S treated me like i was just a sick person in a bed who didn't have rights. I repeatedly asked to be transferred due to the attitudes and level of disrespect. When I rang my bell it would be an hour to 2 hours before anyone would come in. I asked repeatedly what test levels were and what the care plan was, nobody wouldn't answer me or they were shrug it off. I had an attending doctor snap at me telling me I was going to kill myself and the reality was I would not have even came close. When I filed a comaimy they protected their staff instead of handling it.

Bottom line I will NEVER return to warren general for care. And if you want decent Healthcare take yourself somewhere else.

They lost my physical papers 3 times for my drivers info and forced me to wait a year each time just to be eligible for new ones, aren t reliable at all. They will lose your insurance info and then try to bill you and then bill you again for the same thing.
