I have worked with Stuart for a few years now. He is by far the best professional I have dealt with when it comes to obtaining funds from problem clients. He has always been enormously informative and efficient in his process and has filled me with confidence that I am in the right hands. So far he has managed to get each issue resolved without the need for an extended and expensive court process which is testament to the process he has implemented on each occasion.

I have great confidence in the hands of Coltman Warner Cranston and can see us working together for many years to come, I'll also be making absolutely sure their invoices are paid on time as I wouldn't like to be on the receiving end of the service they have provided for me!!

Having had to deal with these cowboys a few years ago my experience is very similar to the other review. The paralegal that dealt with me was a total dolt and fumbled up the whole thing. No surprises that the individual had previously been charged with forging court documents and as such perverting the course of justice. That should tell you all you need to know. For anyone getting harassed by these idiots the Legal Ombudsman would be a good contact to have at hand.

I have worked with Stuart Cranston for over 20 years and with this company for much of that time. I have always found both Stuart and CWC very professional in the advice they give and the way they handle the cases; regardless of whether it is a small or multimillion case. They always ensure that deadlines are met and clients are kept fully informed. They are very conscious of costs vs success. I have full confidence in abilities of this company and Stuart and will continue to use and recommend this company.
Having used other large law firms the results that Stuart has obtained has far exceeded our experience with others.

I am acting on behalf of a young man dismissed by M&S who then acted to deal with his complaint after he had been dismissed, transfered a staff member, demoted another and dismissed a 3rd. They have the cheek to ask him for an overpayment, the legal documents are a joke and would be thrown out of court but unlike the excessive cost to take them to a tribunal, which stops an homeless man from taking action, the civil court can award damages when they dismiss the case. Roll on if they can find the bench he is sleeping on. Should have a no star option, soI can still post, for their threats by email, can't trace a park bench yet.

I've known Debbie Beet for over 3 years and during that period she has worked tirelessly to recover a large number of debts. I would highly recommend using her to recovery any unpaid debts.

My experience of these Advocates are that they use bullying tactics to threaten and intimidate people who live on the bread line. A total lack of empathy and devoid of any moral compass.

I have known Debbie Beet for well over 10 years now. I have always found her to be very friendly and approachable. She has excellent attention to detail and is always very quick to come back to me with any updates during my claim.
She is always very helpful in guiding me through the legal process as sometimes the jargon can go over my head. I have received pay-outs on cases where I previously thought that they were a lost cause .
I find Debbie very professional and would have no qualms in sending any future claims her way.

This company is absolute scum, I would give zero stars if possible. They tried to scare me into paying a bill that was incorrect unfortunately when you put a real law firm back at them they run a mile and concede. I would like to know if any of there credentials are real. Scum like this should be shut down.
