I enjoyed my time at the Estates! I never had any major maintenance issues or security concerns. I would recommend it to other students who might be from out of town and looking for a safe place to live.

I haven't lived here long, but the process of moving in & getting settled has been wonderful! Kasey helped my boyfriend & me find an apartment we love, answered all & any questions I had in a very timely manner, & made the process as easy as can be. She truly is awesome! The complex is absolutely beautiful. The maintenance team responds in about a day to fix any issue. I am loving living here so far & would recommend it to anyone!
The worst apartment that I ever rented, including when I was in undergrad. The snake infestation was awful, the trash compactor was always overflowing and had garbage piled up, management ranged from unhelpful on good days to downright rude and hostile on most days. The neighbors were fairly awful. We literally had clocks knocked off walls and lighter fixtures swaying from neighbors pounding on the floors and walls at all times of the night. Avoid this place at all costs, you will be glad that you did!
It's a pretty nice place. Quiet and well kept. Management is really nice and helpful. However, you're paying A LOT to live down the street from a waste treatment plant that you smell every afternoon. And it is a very bad smell. So drive by in the afternoon before you sign so you know what you're getting into. I've spent a small fortune on scented candles the past year because the smell is so strong I could barely keep it out of my apartment. Also, sign your lease at the beginning of the month if you can. The price of rent goes up a lot the later it is in the month. But overall it's a nice gated community with really nice amenities.
I ve lived at the Estates for the last year and have enjoyed living here. The maintenance team is great and the staff is really helpful and friendly. The grounds and pool are well kept and clean, and the location is very convenient to midtown and downtown (especially if you work in the medical district). I really recommend this apartment complex!
Well, my mum wanted to live here, and after I read all the 1-star reviews, I disagreed 100%.
Mum is difficult to see the forest through the trees, so me sis went along with this tragic decision.
As I am a gentleman, I don't feel it appropriate to place what they failed to do to cause our entire family such a horrid experience, but I'll simply state that I had prayed to God me mum would listen to reason.
One star is too high a rating for this Sentinal managed property. I'll just leave it at that.

Pros: I like how the maintenance staff solved issues quickly. The apartment was beautiful and large, especially the kitchen. I felt safe living in a gated complex. Great location.
Cons: I had issues with heating in my room. My room never was warm even though the maintenance staff said it was fine. Rent was high, but that s expected for the area. Parking was hard to find after a certain time.
Overall, I would highly recommend if you have the budget.
I worked with Kasey and she did a fantastic job helping me get set up. She was very responsive to emails and phone calls and answered all of my questions. The apartment is beautiful and the whole area is safe and clean. Absolutely recommended.
