We came from Virginia Beach to get a firearm. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable on the phone the previous day as well as in person. We ended up seeing all the really unique and one of a kind items they carried. My daughter LOVES her rings and necklaces we bought and my husband loved his ammo boxes. I, of course love my gun. We will definitely be back and we ve already told our friends about it. It was well worth the trip!

Cody is very helpful when it comes to guns. Will is friendly and accommodating. This is the prettiest and most organized pawn shop I've been to. Pawns are reasonable as well

Amazing staff, friendly, always smiling, courteous. When pawning theres an additional layer of security with your picture taken, extremly clean store. I would never go anywhere else.....and the dogs, you must see for yourself.

Friendly helpful staff. The selection of gold rings and bracelets are unique and good quality. They have a jeweler on site which is great for cleaning precious stones and creating pieces. Great selection of rifles and pistols. I did all my Christmas shopping there for my family and got great deals.

My husband and I have got all 6 of our guns there and any jewelry we need or resizings. They are the nicest and easiest people to work with ever. Could spend all day there. They even do layaway!! This place is the best!

I recently sold an Apple watch to the Warwick Trading company. The staff was very friendly and professional. They gave me a fair price for it and I was pleased with the service. Best pawn shop ever hands down -neiko pope

Purchased an item from their eBay store and arranged with them to pick up & pay in person. I arrived on the day and time we agreed to. When I arrived I asked the male at the counter (Jeff) about the item I was picking up. He had quite a bit of an attitude immediately and was downright unpleasant. He finally passed me off to the person who takes care of all of their e-commerce. She explained that they no longer had the item I had purchased a few days ago despite our arrangement. She further explained that their inventory software that s used for posting their items to eBay, Craigslist etc doesn t work well and that somehow they sold the item I had already purchased. Pretty disappointing experience all around.

Awesome gun selection! Family owned and operated. They have guns, jewerly, and collectibles for any taste! Very clean and easily accesible parking lot!!!

The website said it was open on Sunday so I drove all the way over to the store to figure out it wasn't open at ALL... they need to get their website correct

I am not one to really leave reviews about a business,but after my experience inside of here i had to. First off when i walked in there i was in total shock it did not look like any type of pawn shop i ever went into. It was one of the cleanest businesses ive ever been into. There was something of everything and anything in there.From sports jersey to the many different firearms.I was greeted with hello and told to ask if i needed any help. They were not trying to sell or show me something to spark my interest in buying. The amount of inventory was amazing because all the pawn shops ive ever went into were empty. When i asked about a pawn with know hesitation The amount i asked for of the item i pawned i recieved. Then after giving my drivers licence i had to have my picture taken. Extra security to make sure if you sell or pawm something that is not yours to do so you will be caught I would recommend everyone to go check them out it is definitely worth the time and if your a dog lover you will have a good smile

The only person who can quote jewelry prices wasn't there twice when I came all the way from wmbg.. Not a good system.. The store looked clean The staff I spoke too was nice enough just none of them can help anyone with jewelry but the owner apparently. ... The parking lot not at all easy to get into...

Wonderful experience! First time gun purchaser, I was greeted warmly outside and again once I walked in. The kind gentleman helped me immediately showing me everything I asked to see and he explained in detail the "perks" of each weapon. My purchase was a 9mm semi-automatic. The price was less than I expected to pay. Desiree was the sweet young lady behind the counter that made it all happen. Within minutes, I was on my way to being a legal gun owner! WTC is not your average pawn shop. Everyone is helpful and friendly, the store is always clean, well organized & well lit, and they have reasonable prices on pretty much everything I ve looked at and or bought. I ve been going there since they first opened a few years ago; their new management and employees are absolutely fantastic.

Dez & Kat have great customer service and very welcoming! They make you feel comfortable and don t mind holding a conversation with you! A purchased a pistol from here and their prices are affordable. I will definitely come back to purchase more!

When people think of pawn shops a certain stereotype is manifested in the head. Not here though! This shop is huge and full of all kinds of things. The firearms are on one side, the jewelry is displayed so great and all around are interesting and neat stuff. The man in the guns department is extremely knowledgeable! He set me up with the pistol I wanted and I ll be buying from there again! They have layaway too. The ladies at the shop were very nice, welcoming, and smiley. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kat and she provides the best customer service and conversation. So natural and friendly (not bad looking either) and was extremely knowledgeable about the kind of gaming laptop I m looking for. If she comes across one she ll give me a call. What other shop would do that!? I will definitely return to do more shopping and see the new things they put out. Highly recommend going in, you won t be disappointed!

Great price on firearms, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great selection, and even has AMMO in stock for a good price. Will be back again and again, definitely my new favorite place to go drop a little of my money on some new stuff.

The Warwick Trading Company is the best pawn/gun shop in Hampton Roads that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The vibe you get when you walk in is everything but the ordinary "pawn shop" feeling. The store is very neat and well organized. I went in with a few firearms to trade and came out better than I ever expected to. Especially after dealing with a shop on the Southside who hasn't the slightest clue of gun value. YOU HAVE TO VISIT, IF FOR NOTHING ELSE JUST TO SEE THE HERD OF BEAUTIFUL AND WELL-TRAINED DOGS. I give them a 5 star and A+ rating and would definitely recommend them anyone.

Great customer service. Kat was very helpful. Went to buy item online wanted to check in person to ensure it was what I was looking for. It was held and when I showed up it was not what was looking for(same item wrong dimensions). She was very understanding and help me figure out the correct item I was looking for and offered to keep an eye out in the future.

One star for being a bad driver on I-64. Re-take your driving test and learn some rules of the road. Also, using your blinker doesn t hurt.

Warwick Trading Company is easily the best pawn shop, gun dealer, and jewelry store in Newport News and on the peninsula. They are a great place to go for both guys and girls looking to save money. Whether you're looking to propose, remind your girl how much she means to you, or just do a repair, they do it all at WTC. As for the guys, they have a TON of guns, firearm accessories, power tools, and plenty of other toys to distract you while your sweetheart is browsing. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and treat you like family. The store itself is super clean, and has a lot of history that follows along with some of the antiques and collectibles they have in their inventory. On top of all of this, its near me and conveniently located right off of I-64. Thanks for a great experience!!
