Terrible service attitude. One of the front desk even hang up on customers phone call and act abominably. I was trying to cancel the membership and they let you waited on phone for 5 hours without calling back.
Nice place, it's great that they have pool, sauna, tennis courts and gym in the same building!!! Nice team!!!
Legit, you can NEVER reach the court manager through phone calls. I wonder how people get to reserve court here.
This gym absolutely sucks! Went there a couple times to try it out for the day and it was horrendous. The staff are so unprofessional and unfriendly, they should not be working with the public. Certainly not worth my time nor my money and nor should you give them the light of day. I urge you to please find a different gym, because at the rate they re going, any gym is better than WAC.

An excellent sports club with all the necessary equipment and excellent staff. It is always clean here and the simulators themselves are clean and treated with an antiseptic. I like!

The tennis manager looks so condescending and doesn t allow our to use the hopper. It requires 30 days notice to cancel the membership, I don t understand what s the 30-day for, except scamming me another $40
This place very uncooperative even during a situation of Pandemic this is something which needs to be sorted out . I really hope that the administration realizes this . Very unhappy with Waltham Athletic Club even after being a member for nearly 2 and half years. Just sad.
