The Grand Floridian was beautiful! Our family had great service and great food. We'd love to come again
Don't have to stay there to eat there. Wonderful dinner. Neat to see and hang out there.
The Grand Floridian is theoat beautiful hotel on Disney property. The cast members have always been helpful and I really enjoyed the restaurant and the Basin store. I hope sometime in the future I will be able to actually stay at this stunning resort.
Great service at 1900 Park Fare, and the character experiences were fantastic.
Beautiful property but very pricey. They should consider offering FL resident rates or discounts to teachers!
Our check in was magical and our room in Sago Cay was spacious and very comfortable. We had lunch in the Grand Floridian Cafe and our server Rola was excellent. She was as proud of the food there as if she had made it herself. If you ever have an opportunity to stay at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa I would highly recommend going there!
The best so fun just they need to include for slides in the waterpark
Senses spa was excellent for my 3 girls pedicures. They absolutely loved being pampered.
Absolutely gorgeous ! And the staff is amazing and friendly. Definitely the best Disney World Resort.
I have not stayed overnight as a guest, however, I have attended many events and it is absolutely gorgeous there!
The cast members went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. I expect nothing less and Disney always delivers. Even in light of the pandemic there was no shortage of magic here. We were able to watch the light parade from our room which was such an amazing experience.
Always a top flight experience. They know how to treat their guests.
The Grand Floridian Resort was an amazing stay. The room was spacious beautiful elegant Decor clean. The staff was friendly and helpful due to our situation of being there as a guest on planned. Easy access to transportation to the Magic Kingdom as well as the other theme parks made it such a fun place to be. The pool was exciting and lots of things to do for the kids. We had an amazing lunch at the restaurant Gasparilla and the front staff was so helpful for our trip there they provided necessary toiletries due to our delay in luggage without even being asked. I would highly recommend staying there.
We did not stay, we just went to meet.
Elegance and comfort !!!
Had an amazing dinner at the Victoria and Albert. Amazing service and quality.
Beautiful place to stay or visit. Lots of shops inside. Also convenient to monorail. Last stop before the magic kingdom.
Attended Charachters dinner at 1900 Park Fare. Service amazing. Buffet hot, fresh and delicious. Beautiful desserts too. Met all the cinderella crew. A fun night.
Great food and very friendly staff. Wonderful atmosphere.
Beat thing about it was being able to catch a boat or monorail to the park.
Amazing hotel and the Christmas decorations were spectacular.
What's not to love about this resort...except maybe the price!
Afternoon tea at the Grand Floridian was lovely the choices are great and they are very accommodating
The layout reminds me of a time share - nothing AMAZING
Great place to visit and food is near perfect on every visit
We ate breakfast here. The buffet was very fresh and tasty. The selection was a wide range of options and of course who can pass up the fact that Disney characters come around to your table.
This is by far the best hotel in Disney, We didn't stay at this hotel but we did have a reservation in one of the restaurants and let me tell you this hotel screams luxury, The lobby is about as luxurious and elegant as you are going to see in Orlando.
The courtyard is beautiful and a great place to just sit down and relax, The Cinderella Castle is clearly visible from the Hotel and i imagine that the Fireworks can be seen clearly from the courtyard or one of the rear facing rooms.
Will definitely book another restaurant next time i am in Orlando.
Honestly, the huge amount of money we paid to stay in this hotel was not worth it. You're paying for the convenience of being close to the parks and that's just about all. The customer service is good upon check in, but our room was very basic, a lot of wear and tear was evident. To eat in any of the hotel restaurants, you will need a reservation, or face a 2 hour wait time. However, if you choose a condo just outside the park gates in the Lake Buena Vista area, it's much cheaper and a 4 minute drive to the resort parking lot.
Best Disneyworld resort there is, easy access to Magic Kingdom
Everything here so far is wonderful. I'm here for my BPA competition and staying here is much better than any other place I've been to so far.
Great hotel.Close to magic kingdom. GREAT place to see MK fireworks too
The Grand Floridian is stunning! The staff is extremely friendly and eager to help. The rooms are clean and very well stocked. The views are beautiful. We were able to sit on our balcony and watch the fireworks at Magic Kingdom. That will not be possible from every room but we were fortunate to enjoy it.
Came in to view the holiday decorations. Beautiful resort and decor!
We did the perfectly princess tea. It was perfect! Very accommodating for or food allergies!
Beautiful concept and I can see its appeal to the target clientele but I find it amazing that I was denied a king size despite reserving 2+ months prior to my visit. I have not had that happen with any size hotel in 5 years or more! Speaks poorly for their room mangement amd gist accomodations. Bathrooms need work! Doors do not clear the toilets, drain plugs must he manually placed and removed. Remants of prior guests also found on carpet and sofa. Worst of all the A/C controls are restricted and will not go below 68. Wth?! At their rates we shoukd he abl to drop to 62 if we like. Lastly......lounges and late night offerings are poor, very poor. Guess we're supposed to be in bed :-(
really special place. I'd I could afford to stay here, I would. just to make my girlfriend's dream come true. during the holidays, they have a Christmas tree in the lobby. live music is heard all around. even the shops are nice. if you are in Disney and you want to relax, take the monorail to the Grand Floridian and eat, drink, and enjoy the air conditioning
Grand Floridian is the perfect combination to enjoy disney; excellent accommodations and excellent service.
We went to see the Christmas decorations. Always great to see the life-size gingerbread house and walk around the lit grounds at night.
Very impressed with the layout of the resort and traveling to nearby parks was a breeze, very nice rooms and mediocre food
Wonderful Disney experience, food was pretty good. Disney expensive.
It truly is one Grand Hotel. I feel like a Disney Princess everytime I stay there. The staff is amazing and so kind . It is like a dream walking into the lobby where you see the grand staircase . The band is playing or piano player. Disney music is always playing or something classy . Enchanted Rose is now open and it is absolutley stunning. Treat yourseld to this hotel one day even if it just for dinner or a cocktail in the lobby . The experience is unforgettable. It is a real treat if you visit for the Christmas time season. The grand is home sweet home to me . Visit visit visit !!! " Dream big , Live Grand "
This elegant resort is the perfect place to forget about your troubles and just relax!
Thematically its Victorian styling go pretty deep. Including having towel pickup baskets near rooms. Disney makes every attempt to recreate a Victorian stay and really helps give you that Upper-Crust atmosphere. Location wise, its positioned closest to the Magic Kingdom on the monorail and also includes a walkway between. Rooms for the Villas are amazing. The very definition of posh. The bus service from the villas is a bit of a walk is about the worst I can say.
The gingerbread house as usual was fantastic and the gingerbread was perfect hotel was beautiful and well worth seeing every year
Ahhh, the Grand Floridian...
The charm and helpfulness of the staff is only overshadowed by the magnificent architecture, and the calming sensation you feel from being there.
Definitely the best hotel Disney has to offer.
My 4 year old and I attended a Princess Tea Party in the Garden Tea Room. The staff were very professional and the lobby was clean and beautiful. It was a wonderful experience.
Beautiful hotel that had great decorations for Christmas. We went for breakfast before going to the Parks. Plus, it has access to the monorail.
Great food and service. The characters are fabulous.
One of the monorail resorts. Beautiful hotel. Gorgeous at Christmas time.
Exquisite. I can think of no better term to describe this place.
Went for the pregnancy massage at the spa for my wife. Was a awesome experience. And the resort is absolutely beautiful.
We went to the character dining dinner buffet, and although it was nice to meet the Cinderella characters, the food at the buffet was rather basic for the price of the meal. I would have liked more flavorful options, however most people are probably going to see the characters, not for fine dining.
The service and amenities are first class. Staying at the club level in the main building is highly recommend. Beds are very comfortable as is the bedding. Rooms are spacious and well stocked. Good choices of restaurants and high end shopping. Fantastic guest services and staff. Minus one star as the hotel is very dated. The furniture and carpet are well worn and need replacing. Water is also very hard.
Always a peaceful sunset at the Grand. Fireworks from magic kingdom and 4 restaurants and quick service to choose from.
