Laurentian Ski Hill Review

Nice little slope directly in town. Very good for a day of skiing.

Lucky to have the hard working people who run this great hill in our city.

Went hiking on the trails at the top with the dogs. They had a blast.

Great little ski hill. Staff is pleasant and accommodating. North bay is definitely soiled having this fem right in town. In terms of the runs... it's not An all day kind of ski hill. There are a few runs for the beginner/intermediate skier, but the more experienced skier will get bored. There's also a good "trick" park that's quite elaborate (but I don't use it!)

Very nice hill I love the view you get over North Bay and the lake very family oriented not a big hill but a perfect one to start on or even begins competing on they have mogul training. The owners and staff are both very nice

Overall nice hill for something local in town. Could be a bit cheaper compared to others in the ottawa valley of much higher caliber for around the same price. Only go on student nights as I can't see paying more for the hill for what it is. Overall it's a nice hill though.

Nice ski hill! Tip: Always park at the bottom for a extra run at the end!

decent hill, gets quite boring due to the lack of trails if you spend more than four hours there. they also occasionally close nearly half the hill for ski races so be careful as that makes the hill even more limiting.

This place has some great people who service inside and outside making sure you get a great experience! Hill is not too big, great for those who are looking to sharpen up on their ski or snowboard skills.

It's sort of magical to have a ski hill right in town. When my kids were young, we lived 2 block from the top. We got them season's passes and they spent so much time at Laurentian, skiing & snowboarding. It's well run and a great place for making family memories!

Good place to sju in the winter for the whole family and a great walking trail in the summer.

Nice small ski hill. Runs are short but have a nice variety. Chair lift line ups are small and terrain park is well done.

A great place to ski, right in North Bay. They have several hills to enjoy.

My kids were interested in introductory snowboarding lessons. No instructor was available. They called back 15 minutes later indicating that they had located an instructor. The kids were thrilled. It was a great way to start the new year.

As a bonus there is a conservation area right beside the ski hill. If you want a break from the slopes you can take a relaxing hike.

Throughout this summer, my puppy and I had a blast exploring this area, discovering geocashes, unexpectedly, and truly enjoy becoming one with nature.

The trails are perfect for hiking. With hills, streams, and some seating areas, this is probably the most peaceful trail I walk in the area.

I always find interesting nature photos to snap, each time I attend.

Had a lesson with Chrissy as first time skiing and from the UK where this is novel for us, but great friendly staff with some great tips and more than patient. Seems like a great friendly, family run business

I love the ski hill, I've been skiing here since I was four, now I'm sixteen, I work here, all the here staff are like family and I still love going out skiing every weekend!

This is a great hill for learning and building your skills. There is a little bit of everything to try. The hill is well maintained and it takes less than 10 minutes to do a run and get back to the top.. I really enjoy having something local that you can hit for a few hours and at a reasonable price

really good ski hill normally everything's pretty well groomed, as well rentals are acceptable. I find though that the prices are little bit high compared to other larger ski hills.

Walking trails are in great shape for a winter walk - very picturesque, quiet and relaxing.

Short track but for all different skills there are tracks. Even for jumping.

I haven't gone skiing since I was almost 8 years old, going nearly 15 years later, it was really an amazing experience, definitely have plans to go back to this close and really central hill in the North Bay hills.
