The pickup option is great and doesn't cost anything extra. Shop online or the app, select pickup option, wait for email or text, then respond to email or text you're coming, park at pickup location (southwest corner of store in Centennial), call that you've arrived, open trunk and they drop items in, and drive home. Super easy and convenient

This location was fairly standard for Walmart. Most of the aisles I visited were organized as best as was possible. It was fairly empty at the time and I was able to find what was needed. They had everything I wanted in stock. Self-checkout was brisk, with no line. I left as quickly as I'd arrived. Four stars, would visit again.

Very quiet not many people. Great selection found everything I wanted. A few things I didn't know I needed like most trips to Walmart.
Bought a few plants for our garden which are doing well inside for now.

Ordered a pickup thinking it would be a great easy...

Ordered a pickup thinking it would be a great easy and uneventful way to shop but I was wrong. First text items canceled second text incomplete amount in order so I was confused. Then 10 minutes later text that order ready for pickup. I arrived, made the arrival call, no answer then message that the mailbox is full and dropped the call. Did that several times.
Not happy about the service.

Was able to find everything I wanted and staff was very helpful when I needed it.
The cashier could have put more to a bag. There were several things she put by themselves in bags that could've been put together. I understand raw meats being alone, I've been a cashier before, but she could put more than one kitchen pan in a bag.

Terrible customer service. I was checking out a large cart of groceries by myself and one item was missing a price tag. The employees said they couldn t help me and proceeded to talk to each other for 5 min. I asked if a manger could help me find the price and they said I needed to go to customer service to have a manger paged. I waited at customer service for quite some time and asked for a manger. The lady looked around and said she d try to find one. A manager finally arrived looked up the price and I was able to buy my item. It took 20 minutes to do all of this!!!!! Why couldn t the 3 employees have helped me, instead of chit chatting with each other? Customers have to check themselves out and do price checks now?

The employees here are very nice. I ran into trouble using a virtual gift card recently and the cashier stood there doing the best she could to help me figure it out. In the end it took 20 minutes to get it to work. It shows their dedication to customer service.
