We were looking for a better look to upgrade our landscaping Pat came out did an assessment and recommended a lighting design that would fit our home. The work was done promptly and perfectly. We could not have asked for a better design.

I can't comment on the work they do because I can't even get to that point. I made appt to get an estimate and they did not show up. I called and Scott apologized and requested to reschedule. I did and then we met and walked my yard to discuss what I wanted. He said he would get back to me. That was at least a month ago. I guess they don't want my business. Very disappointed.

Our lawn replacement and irrigation upgrade in March 2021, went better than we could have expected. All of the Wallace staff during the planning were a pleasure to work with. Matt s original plan and estimate was professional and reasonable. Andrew s crews were coordinated and reliable, and very thorough in the leveling and preparation for the new sod installation. The new sod was installed neatly and efficiently within 48 hours of being cut from the farm. Pat s irrigation crew made the necessary adjustments to our sprinkler system to insure the best coverage possible from our existing system. We will definitely be calling Wallace for our future landscaping and irrigation needs.

Requested service on sprinkler system and scheduled 5 days in advance. NO call from Wallace to confirm so I called them to confirm day of. It should have been in the morning. I get told they had an emergency job .... must be something that would pay more. To not call and try and reschedule is not a good way to run a business!

Seems this company uses it's past reputation to rip off unwary customers. 2 years ago they quoted me $1200 to replace a sprinkler pump. Quoting their discount price of $850 for the pump. I ended up buying the exact pump for $342 on Amazon and installing myself. Remembering their fair prices and good workmanship from 25 years ago, I decided to give them one more try...Recently, the $1000 quote received for a $300 smart sprinkler installation included 3 generally worded sentences with incorrect or no part numbers specified. Asked for detailed quote with adding a zone with pre-existing plumbing and sprinklers and a line up to some deck plants. I got the same quote with an added (non-detailed) sentence adding another $1200 to the $1000 already quoted. Asked (again) for a detailed quote with addition of a $100 inline flow meter including part number. Revised quote was exactly the same as others but included additional $350 for the meter. Now they want $2750... 8 times the DIY price ...and possibly with cheap replacements since they won't specify model or part numbers! When queried again about detailed quote and $250 for 15 minute labor charged, I was emailed: "We're not interested in your system anymore. Sorry for the inconvenience." Evidently, Wallace now hides their ridiculously bloated or inexplicable charges with vagary and deceit. Sad to see another local company go this direction.
I have called and texted them for 3 WEEKS to provide an estimate to do weed maintenance in my lawn. Several conversations, and still I have NO estimate. Absolutely terrible communication, always putting me off on someone else. Terrible!!!!!!

Great service from the Wallace Company. This is the second time I've used them in the last 20 years. Pat Baril was an exceptional sales/customer service rep and Kevin as the foreman for the installation team was outstanding. Both of them were eager to answer any questions. They subcontracted the well installation to Johnson Well Drilling, which was also good...and the 105' well only took about 6 hours. Wallace was very professional and responsive.

Brian did an outstanding irrigation job for me yesterday after my pool installation earlier this year. I have a full acre. He "tuned up" my front yard and did a brand new install in my back yard. Excellent work all around. Installed new clock, ran me through each zone. Reviewed programming. And went over and above the call in all areas. On top of that his prices were ultra competitive. YOU CAN NOT DO BETTER THAN BRIAN!!!
I recently had a lightning storm that knocked out my sprinkler system control panel. I called around to various companies and most couldn t get to me for at least two weeks. I couldn t wait two weeks having to use an Oscillator trying to cover an acre and a half of land in the middle of summer. I called the Wallace Company, from the beginning they were very helpful and wanted to help. Pat and his crew came out to my house in a timely manner, trouble shot the problem, and fixed it within 24 hours. I highly recommend this company and they have my loyalty for as long as I live in the area.

We received the best client care, product, and most timely installation of just about everything we've done since purchasing our house. The knowledge, and experience of this crew is unparalleled. I'd love to give them more stars as I thought from the moment we spoke they knew what they were talking about and were very polite, professional and thorough. However the response time on getting my quote options back to me have been extremely slow. It takes a week or longer to get responses to my questions. I've never delt with people not getting back to customers about spending money. We just want sod quotes and date availability for installation.
