Bad company, lying lady office manager with bad attitude telling you, you have to work 2080 hours before you qualify for a paid vacation, and come up with bunch of lies that you have to do CPR training , glad they lost the damn contract. Karma God is not sleeping.

first off this company wont be around for long.... as a new employee i bust my butt to be the best worker i could be. Ive came in to work anytime they called me being a single mother of three. i even brought my 3 month old daughter to work with me because they wanted me to do a double on several occasions. (to their benefit) i asked once because i didn't have a sitter can my daughter come during my regular shift and was scolded. anyways long story short while at work i received a call my mom was in the ICU. Which she had already been admitted to the hospital and i still came to work on time everyday. panicked i left to be by my others side. i told my sup my mom was on life support she wasn't doing so good. no concern no regards no nothing. fast forward my mom passed may 23,2017 at 3:05 pm. i asked for some time off to make arrangements and i was told to go ahead. left for a week and called the company they were stalling to give me back my job. hounded them down and they finally offered me a job at a different location the hours they gave me conflicted with my school hours and the pay was 1.50 less then i was originally getting paid. i had no choice but to file for unemployment that they fought to try to get me to not receive. i've heard they never let anyone get unemployment...why i don't know! its so much i can say about this company but its entirely too much to type. they loose contracts right to left and have nowhere for there employees to go and wont tell u anything. im now employed with another agency getting paid 12.00 hr front desk. im happy im no longer with them. i'm so happy i didn't even go back to return my uniform to receive my check. don't waste your tie they care nothing about the employee.
Interesting that I'm reading all these reviews from employees, not customers. Also...many of these employees seem to be lacking in spelling and punctuation skills. Does your company hire only illiterates or is this what passes for high school graduates at your location. Is it standard policy to leave a review for a promotion possibly?
I been working for this fantastic company for about 10 years now. All the management and office staff are very professional, hard working, helpful and very kind. Security Alliance is a first class company which provides excellent security service to all their clients and provides a great working environment to all their employees. In this company we are not only a team, We are a family!
The worst unprofessional company, management doesn't know how to treat its employees. They are disrespectful, abusive, take advantage of employees. They seem indoctrinated in communism.

Was working for this company, it was always something with them . They were always complaining about stuff me and my coworkers was doing & etc. They currently lost their contract with Curaleaf, left a lot of officers out of jobs . And they didn t inform us with that till the last minute. And they don t like to pay employees, they still owe me money that I m currently waiting on .
THE WORST SECURITY COMPANY ON EARTH. THEY PAY LOWEST POSSIBLE.THEY DONT LET YOU KNOW WHEN YOU DONT HAVE A RELIEF THE BOSSES HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. A REAL BAD COMPANY!!!!!! THEY NEVER GET BACK TO YOU ON ANY MATTER THEY SUCK NEVER GIVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY TO THIS COMPANY ITS NOT WORTH IT. THEY WILL USE YOU BIG TIME
It's a job. A bit more pay would be nice, but it's not the worst. Especially for the south. An armed guard averages 13/h nationwide. We need to be making that, at the very least. It smears a companies imagine to underpay. With most companies now, it's like public image doesn't mean a thing. When people's friends are looking for a job. They should be able to say, "hey i know a decent paying job for $13/h". Like i said, it's simply a job. At the end of the day, contractors only take home the cash. Dont depend on benefits, there are practically none. Which is where more pay comes in to compensate.
As far as I know I work for this company for 12 years and it's probably for the for the size in the territory is responsible for its kind of organized. The problem is it keeps getting new management.
I've been working for this wonderful company since October 5, 2007! The management staff is very professional and always attentive to their employees needs! I'm not going anywhere else.
As long as you do your job well and maintain professionalism in the work place the supervisors are very fair and will try their best to take care of you. Management I would rate at almost a 5 star... However. The company as a whole is not coordinated enough as it should be,, this is mostly a result of the tenants they serve. I would advise the company and tenant to work together and produce post orders for each post because as of now they have none. You literally stand post at a position and the only guidance you have is word of mouth. More structure needs to be implemented and the tenants should put more effort into what they expect from the officers.
