I bought a MAF sensor from Walker. It never worked and I didn't really find out until after the 90-day warranty was up. Not a quality part at all and I will never purchase anything Walker Products related again.
Have called tech support twice and both times i spoke to a knowledgeable human that helped with the issues i was having
I have been a Mercedes tech for over 22 years and never have I had such a hard time with plug wires. The housing was to big for the hole the wire lengths are to long and rubbing on the heat shielding. All I can say is its been a bear of a job that should take 1 hr instead of 3.5.
I put my 2 weeks in at a stable job to come here not knowing I was going through a temp agency. They were short staffed and a few of their other temps would either not come in, or go home early the short time I was there! Almost every shift.There was no indication i was doing a bad job, I worked all my shifts and never left early! I come in like usual and I'm told not to come back. I was later told because of my "performance" if I did so bad they could have said something and I could have worked on it, besides getting better takes time I thought!
Horrible quality parts. I've been a mechanic for over 30 years and have never received more cheaply made junk. Mass air flow meter element was damaged and horribly soldered when I received it, connector wouldnt fit on, plastic so thin you can bend with your hand. Will never buy or recommend this junk again.
Building 2! Kit line! They need new people in charge in that area!
