This Walmart is dirty and full of rude people who stand around with 10 kids and thier kids are running around everywhere unattended. I will drive past this Walmart no matter how bad I need to stop.
I like this store. A lot of selection and sales. The store isnt as clean as the pictures or as you would expect, but it is organized. The customer service is pretty nice and today there was free waffles, poptars, and sundaes. I recomend going to this walmart if you are not in a rush because most of the time its packed. But I recommend this store.

This Walmart isn't that great to stop. Associates are very slow. And managers are too busy chatting with employees instead of inquiring why lines aren't moving faster.
Walmart is not a great place to work. They Brainwash you by telling you that Walmart is a career job. They will cut your hours and no overtime. They only hire part time. The managers are stupid they don't know what they are doing. If you want to save money go to Target

I've shopped here for years, love the store, selection and friendly staff, however in the recent situation they need to limit amounts of everything people are taking!! I have a fam. of 3, and have seen these greedy people piling up everything, while I can't even get essentials. I hope the Wal-Mart crew gets more appreciation for dealing with all this and continuing to smile, myself I remember everyone had what they needed, and stores were full- STOP BEING PIGS AND HOARDING, putting others to survive on nothing or only high prices things, will bite you in the butt sooner than you think!
I show up today Aug 4 2019 3:45am based on hour it was false advertisement when i asked the employees what time do they open and they literally looked at me and didn't answer my question at all
Had to replace a gift hard. The deligence in their customer service was A1.
Today was a crazy experience, the cashiers were only accepting cash and people that were already in line had to go to the atm and the waiting line was very unpleasant, today was not a good day for everybody.

Busy and not enough registers open and the lines were very long. The floor is stocked very good not many holes and just the way people need to find everything you need.
This store's only redeeming feature was that it was open 24 hours, so I could stop on my way home from work. Now that it is not a 24 hours store, I have no reason to ever step foot back in the joint.
They had what I was looking for and I didn't have to wait in a long line to check out. Even on a Saturday.

Came here to get an oil change, first time here. I usually go to my car dealer to get it done. I hear Walmart does good oil changes. When I arrived they looked under the hood and told me my car ONLY take synthetic which is a lie because I use penzoil all the time I know synthetic is better but that's not what I wanted, they also stated I use a special filter which would be an additional $10. I expressed my concerns to the automotive manager Alex who I asked to print me out something stating my car only takes synthetic oil he said there wasn't anything saying I had to get the synthetic oil but if I didn't he would decline my service, then who looked up my filter it wasn't $10 it was $4. I feel as though they were trying to make extra money off of me, taking advantage I really hate feeling like I have to do something especially if it's not required . How can they just do this? Worst experience with walmart ever in life . Nothing made sense here
Employees are thieves and liars. They took a bag I had left there and would not give it back. When finding a customers bag you should log it at customet service and store it safely. Your lies gave you away. This will be escalsted. Class action lawsuit in Cali for Sam's scam loading cards, seems like this store has the same policies. Your employees have stolen what I paid for. When they lied to me they gave away that they stole it. I asked them if anyone found a bag I had left there. The liar that responded quickly that no one found my gift cards. I hadnt opened the bag near her, and my purchase at self check out would have been impossible for her to see working at customer service counter. There is no way she could know I was looking for gift cards unless she had opened the bag. It's on your security cameras. Followed by your assistant manager kicking me out for doing nothing but standing in line for a return. Your employees are liars and thieves and your assistant manager covers up for them.

I went looking for a blender; the app said in stock and what aisle it was in. I looked and could not locate it. I went to the Customer Service desk and I asked if they could check inventory for the blender. "You need to find an associate walking around with the phone scanner" is what I was told. So here you are standing in front of a computer and you can not find your own inventory was my reply. "No Sir, our system doesn't work like that."
They had good customer service and they help me find the things that I needed in there
Got sent here from another store for an item that showed they had 5 in stock got here and the associate was so rude to me. Claimed they did not have them did not even look then just walked away from me.
Clean, for a Walmart, decently organized, security seems good on the electronics, and the employees seemed happy to be of assistance.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AT THIS STORE. If you want fast, friendly, professional service, order from the Walmart on 79th Avenue and Peoria. I have been parked here waiting for my online order for 30 minutes! I have even called the store three times, finally got to speak with a manager who said he was supposedly going to get my order ready (when the Walmart app already said my order was ready for pickup), and I am still here! I called the store again but now it rings busy. Go figure! I am late back to work. I have kids in my car otherwise I would go inside to get my groceries. Bad service here. I will never come here again, nor will I ever recommend this store to anyone. If you want online pickup like the way it is advertised on the commercials, order from the Walmart on 79th Ave & Peoria.

Except for the cashier that looked like she didn't want to be there..Nobody does. Took her for ever to scan my items.
I usually go to another Walmart and am very pleased when I walk out the door with my purchase. Unfortunately, not this time. Prices are not marked properly on shelves and you will have to go hunting for help. When a ad match is questioned and you have the ad in your hand to show them, they still will not take care of the pricing. I usually do not give such a low rating, but if I could give zero stars I would. Bottom line, find another Walmart to shop at.

Walmart Pay wasn't working today. It was the first time I ever encountered this problem at a Walmart. I like having all my purchases stored digitally so there's no paper in my purse. Otherwise there was an adequate amount of cashiers available to lessen the wait time which lately has been a rarity. So kudos on more cashiers working.
Literally everything you need unless you need a giant above ground pool. They do sell them they just for whatever reason only keep at most 2 in the store at a time and this is Arizona so good luck... With the pool hunt

Great experience until exiting store after paying for merchandise, showing receipt to greeter and her acknowledging payment. When my wife and I were exiting the store, the buzzer went off at door. The greeter who did not appear friendly at all, wanted us to go in and out 3 times. My wife had to let her know twice that this happened earlier at another store previously. Very annoying, especially after having her check 5 items in bag. Greeters at this Walmart need better training and also could smile more with welcoming and exiting of paying customers. I could have chosen to go to luke air force base Thursday the 25th of October 2018 but was hoping Walmart would give me the great experience I was use to. Hope things change or I will let fellow airmen and family support there know about this particular store.
