Excellent service and clearly care about patients! I would recommend this facility to everyone needing emergency services/care. Staff was kind considerate and informative. A GREAT experience!

By far my worst ER experience. I had previous good experiences with this location so when I was experiencing severe pain one week after abdominal surgery I returned (under the advice of my surgeon) hopeful of receiving similar care. The doctor spoke with me for 2 minutes and left the room and dismissed my symptoms stating I needed to follow up with the surgeon. Minimal effort was put forth to explain my symptoms and I was treated for a completely unrelated diagnosis that I expressed no symptoms of. Highly disappointed with the care I received with no explanation for my symptoms other than follow up with your surgeon as soon as possible.

I've gone here a few times with my wife, NOT the emergency room but for ENT services and family practice services. The grounds are well maintained and there is plenty of parking. The inside is super clean and bright. The interactions that I have had with front desk receptionist and security guard, albeit limited, have been pleasant. Elevators are roomy!

My daughter went in today for stomach issues at 1pm. She was given a blood test which is what was expected. They said she was gonna get a scan of her stomach. Almost 4 hours later they came in to tell her that the scan wouldn't be for another 3 hours! She was told at 4:45pm. She had enough and left. Based on the level of unprofessionalism, wait times, and priority importance, I would NOT recommend WakeMed.

Fantastic care from start to finish. My family and I were visiting Jordan Lake when I suddenly became very ill. WakeMed Apex was only a quick 10 min ride away. Upon entering, I was seen immediately and received exceptional care from every staff member I encountered. Thank You!!

My 2 year old went in with COVID symptoms. My daughter sat there for 1 hour and 14 minutes and still nobody came in to check on him. After i call the ED and spoke with the receptionist and my daughter complained someone came in to do absolutely NOTHING.....THE DR THEN COME IN WITH AN ATTITUDE AND TELL HER SHE COULD TAKE HIM SOMEWHERE ELSE.....THIS IS RIDICULOUS

I would like to take a moment to compliment the services received from Heather and Rebecca, two wonderfully caring nurses working at Wake Med Apex on 2/22/21 late afternoon - early evening shift. I'm sorry I didn't get their last names. They took excellent care of my mother and were very kind and professional. Thank you so much for all that you do. We would be lost without special nurses like you in this world :)

We have lived in the Holly Springs/Apex area for nearly 7 years and have used the services of this health center, specifically the Emergency Department with continuity of great care. My husband and I are early middle aged and both retired from the military and disabled Veterans. My husband with special forces background and I in aviation management have bodies that were beat up! We value the care we can get locally and truly appreciate the professionalism, compassion, and dependability of Wake Med Apex ER. There are too many names to list but off the top of my head can recall health care providers by the name of Barr, Hoffman, and Miguel who cared for me on several occasions during and stressful and painful acute autoimmune flare that could not be controlled at home. We have taken our teen daughter as well as out of town guests who needed immediate care to this ER with great care. We hope the phenomenal service continues to prove Wake Med's Apex ER's positive reputation!

If an ER visit is what you need, this is definitely the best place to go! I have needed this type of service several times. The Apex location was recommended to me several years ago by a paramedic and the treatment here is top notch. The wait time on both visits was non-existent and the physician has appeared within a few moments after the nurse finished taking vitals. All the staff is cheerful and engaging and the atmosphere is peaceful. Great experience today!

Very nice facility. I like it better than duke. Google directed me to the employee parking lot. The customer parking lot is in the front (top of the hill). I didn't see coffee in the facility. They might have it though. It is a very big building.
